Private Small-Group Yellowstone Tour with Lunch

My family went on the private full day tour into Yellowstone. My wife is mobility challenged and we needed to bring a wheelchair for outside the vehicle excursions. Our tour was a highlight tour of Yellowstone as there is so much to see and experience. 1 day is not nearly enough time. Transportation: we rode in a very comfortable van with plenty of room for us and the wheelchair. Amenities: We had snacks and drinks provided. Lunch was a great sandwich, chips and desert from a local deli. It was delicious. We stopped for lunch near a stream that had picnic tables. He even had a table cloth down under our food. Nice touch. Guide: Greg was our guide. He was awesome. He was always checking on my wife making sure she was comfortable and safe. He had the wheelchair ready as she exited the vehicle, helped her back into the van and stowed the wheelchair at every stop. When we operated the wheelchair he was always close by ensuring there were no safety issues. Greg, we learned has also spent time in other countries. He shared some of those experiences with us. He had great insights into our need to protect and preserve our environment. Greg shared with us information about the geology and wildlife of Yellowstone. We saw bison, elk, deer, geysers, steam vents, mudpots, waterfalls and beautiful Yellowstone lake. A visit to the Old Faithful inn was truly interesting, with a massive four sided fireplace and beautiful wood work inside. We spent 3 eleven hour days in three different sections of Yellowstone and did not miss a thing!!!! Our guide Aaron was was so great!! Wonderful knowledge of park and history. So helpful, provided great snacks and lunches. I never realized how vast Yellowstone was. Very grateful we booked a guided tour because we would have Never found all the sites on our own!!! Nature and views were amazing. Will certainly use them again - and they do other tours in different areas too. Check them out !!

What a great trip! Aaron was so knowledgeable and really loved sharing in an informative and interesting way. He planned the stops for restroom breaks perfectly. Lunch was amazing and we even had a beautiful view while we ate. I highly recommend Aaron.

Ben and Teton Excursions were wonderful. Ben was very engaging and it is clear that he enjoys giving tours. He went above and beyond, even making multiple stops at the end of the day for refreshments, comfort breaks, and animal sightings. Lunch was great and the van was comfortable. Loved the binoculars and other tech. We have traveled quite a bit and have had multiple guides. Ben may be the best we’ve ever had.

We had an excellent experience with the day long Yellowstone trip with Aaron! We opted for a private tour and Aaron took us thru the whole southern loop of Yellowstone where we saw amazing landscapes and ecological phenomena mixed in with some American history including Old Faithful! We were super well taken care of with plenty of food, drinks and snacks and Aaron’s morning coffee- then afternoon coffee was just perfect! Can’t thank Aaron and Emily enough for such a great day- we never could have put a day like this together ourselves on our tight timeline:) Highly recommend- strong business and GREAT PEOPLE! From the very beginning, the entire experience was exceptional. Setting everything up was so easy, and Emily was wonderful to work with. Before we even arrived, she sent us recommendations for things to do, restaurants, and places to visit around the area, which made planning the rest of our trip so much easier. That level of service really set the tone for an amazing vacation. Our 12-hour Yellowstone tour with Greg was absolutely outstanding! We saw everything we hoped for and more—including bears, elk, and buffalo—and visited all of the park’s must-see spots. Incredible tour! Loved and appreciated the flexibility, responsiveness and attention of the team for our generational family (parents, teen and elder mother with limited mobility and energy level). We had a private 4-day tour of Yellowstone-Tetons area. We saw the incredible expanse of the parks and had a few close-ups with some animals.
