Important Information
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- You will receive a 2nd confirmation 48 hours prior to pickup including Airport meeting point and Hotel pickup time.
- Business class passengers should inform us of their travelling class to reduce waiting time.
- London Vehicle tax, airport pickup charge and drop off charges are included in the price.
- Passengers / travel agent must provide passenger mobile number including international dialing code. If not passenger email address so driver can communicate at the Airport.
- If passengers stuck at immigration line and think they will take longer than 75 minutes to reach arrival hall, they should try their best to contact us and inform their situation via phone or email using free wifi at the Airport.
- If passengers needed more time to get through immigration line than the pr- requested pickup time , they must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landed time so we can keep driver waiting
- Adult pricing applies to all passengers
- Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking. (subject to availability)
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Please note that luggage allowances indicated is the total allowed per group, not per person
- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.(Airport Pick ups only) For Hotel/ Accommodation pick ups: 10 minutes free waiting time available. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies to every additional 15 minutes.
- Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 25% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment

Driver on segment airport to hotel was excellent, shared a lot of information about Paris. Return trip was also good, Driver picked us up a few minutes early. Only comment, communication was difficult. Would have appreciated an email confirming return trip.

The driver was more than 30 minutes late picking me up! I waited and waited. I had to call and ask where he was. I could not find him either. He needs a viator sign with my name.
Dear Madam, This is a misunderstanding on your part. The final confirmation we emailed you a few days ago shows that pickup was arranged 60 minutes from flight landed time. When you called us, our driver was standing behind you , holding your name board. You may have gone through immigration checks faster than the average passenger. Our driver monitored your flight and came inside the terminal 55 minutes from flight landed time as of our confirmation. Passengers willing to pay waiting charges, request the driver to come inside 30 minutes from flight landed time. We haven't received such a request from you.
Our driver was wonderful - she had to detour due to road work on the main thoroughfare, so our longer drive from Heathrow to our hotel turned into a wonderful tour of London along the way. Our driver pointed out all the sights and shared insights about the neighborhoods. She was great - and had a car seat for our little one ready to go!
Seamless and highly professional roundtrip transfers (to and from Heathrow) eliminated the headaches of figuring out how to get a car (large enough for our family - with all of our luggage) to the hotel and back - especially when an early departure flight meant we needed a car to pick us up at 4:15 AM on the day we left London. This company was very responsive (to email inquiry and confirmations), our driver was professional and the car was clean and sized appropriately to that of our group (and our luggage). If you are seeking frictionless transfer options, this one fits the bill.

The Driver was waiting for me at the arrival hall and took care of all my bags. All the covid measures were followed and I really felt safe. On the way back, I had to reschedule the booking as I was waiting for my covid test results. They happily took the rebooking without any fuss nor any it charge. I am more than happy to rate as the best minicab service in London.

From Heathrow airport to my flat in EC1. I was looking at several companies on Google before selecting ATN cars to check what covid procedure they follow.
