If I ever get the opportunity to return to Italy, I will only book with Alessandro. Thankfully, my niece did the research involved and scheduled the private tour. We were picked up at the airport in Rome and spent two days with Alessandro before being driven to Civitavecchia to catch our cruise ship. I am sure that we must have missed something in Rome, but I can't think what it might have been. We learned a great deal, enjoyed many laughs, traveled Rome safely (don't try to drive there,) ate wonderful Italian food and were catered to from our pickup time at the airport to our departure. There is simply no reason to pick another driver and guide in Rome.

I gotta say this is the best way to experience a city like Rome!!! Our tour guide, Allesandro, was on time picking us up from our ship and took us to all the sights that we requested. What a tour guide he was!! It was an educational experience having him talk about the history of all the places we went to. I truly highly recommend him. Believe me, this is the only way to go.
