Flora, was with us through the boat party, she was amazing, asked us what we needed at all time and made sure we were having a good time. She even took her time to dance with me and my friends. Her customer service is a 10/10 and I would do this again just because of her.

All good a hundred out of 10, I would recommend y'all to hit this jawn up and get your tickets for this lit boat ride.
We had a great time and the staff was great
The guide and the assistant was very helpful. We had a slow start at the beginning but, once we started everything went well. We had a great time.
The boat was advertised as including food and drinks, which unfortunately was not the case. The only refreshments provided were rum punch, bottled water, fresh fruit, and shots of Dominican rum. Additionally, we never stopped or got off the boat at any point during the excursion. It felt more like a party boat than the experience that was advertised. We also ordered food on three separate occasions, but it never arrived. This was especially disappointing because we intentionally did not eat beforehand, expecting that food or at least light refreshments would be served as advertised. The only food we received was a few snacks when we had already begun heading back to shore. Overall, the experience was okay.
