Notre entreprise ne pratique aucune arnaque ni changement de prix à l’arrivée. Tous nos tarifs sont fixes à l’avance et dépendent strictement de la zone de destination, information clairement indiquée lors de la réservation. Dans votre cas, le prix de 100 USD correspond à la zone Punta Cana / Bávaro. Or, votre condominium est situé dans une zone différente, plus éloignée, ce qui explique le tarif final de 170 USD, conforme à notre grille officielle de prix. Cette différence a été expliquée par le chauffeur avant la fin du trajet, et aucun paiement n’a été exigé sans justification. Nous comprenons que cela puisse être frustrant, mais il ne s’agit en aucun cas d’un vol ou d’une pratique malhonnête. Nous invitons toujours nos clients à vérifier l’emplacement exact de leur hébergement (via Google Maps, par exemple) afin de sélectionner le bon service et éviter toute confusion. When booking, it is very important to select the correct zone, since Uvero Alto hotels (such as yours) are located about 45 minutes further from Punta Cana Airport. In your case, a Punta Cana transfer was purchased, but the hotel was in Uvero Alto. This is why an additional fee was required.
