Pleasant
The pickup from and to our hotel was perfect; nothing to complain about regarding the transport.
On the other hand, we waited at least 15 minutes before boarding the felucca. Since drinks were included, we also had to ask for a bottle of water when we were thirsty, instead of it being offered spontaneously.
Finally, we found it very unpleasant that the people in charge of boarding addressed the participants by whistling to get their attention. It is disrespectful behavior, particularly toward women. Too bad, because the organization of the transport was, in fact, very good.

You don't get what is advertize at ALL! Waste of time and money.
We booked a 2h private cruise with them at sunset for a romatic evening. The description is very clear about it being private. Once we got on board, they allowed two other groups on the same boat as us (3 friends that were doing a party with music, being very loud and smoking cigarettes all the time) and another couple. We contacted the company and they said they would fix it right away, which they never did.
The cruise only last 1 sharp hour (we booked and paid for 2 hours) and when we pointed it out, they said : this is how it works.
About in the middle of the sail, the captain started asking us multiple times for tips, over and over...this was very annoying.
Finally, we ask for a refound (cost was 75$ and we asked for a 50$ refound). They only refound us 10$, which is totally ridiculous.
I would strongly advise you to NOT book with them.

Great way to see parts of Cairo. .
The sail on the Nile River was advertised with an English speaking guide. Neither the driver nor the guide spoke English. If that is a problem for you, confirm that English will be spoken.
I love seeing a city from its water. We didn’t sail long but I loved the views we had.

Sunset sail on the Nile
This was a lovely evening sail on the Nile in Cairo. We wanted to see the sunset and were not disappointed. Our felucca driver was very sweet and made us feel very comfortable. We requested a quiet sail and that is exactly what what we got. Pick up and drop off at our hotel was timely.

Super sailing trip after complaint
At first, there was a sailboat at the dock, but we had to get off it after 5 minutes. After that, although we booked a sailing felucca, we were supposed to get on a motorboat, which we refused. Then, after a long wait and finally after protesting, a fantastic felucca trip with a super likable sailor, which made up for the chaos and the attempt to push a motorboat on us. Therefore, instead of a full score, only average, even though the tour was fantastic. Nice driver for pickup and return trip who also had to wait longer because of that.

Bad experience
Hello,
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I had reserved a felucca for 2 hours; upon arrival, no felucca was present, and I was put on a motorboat for only a one-hour outing. The ordered meal (beef shawarma) was not respected: I was informed in the afternoon that it would not be provided. The sandwich that was left for me was simply placed on the bench at 6 PM, while the departure did not take place until 7 PM, and the return was at 8 PM. Furthermore, the boat driver took the liberty of stopping to buy cigarettes during the trip.
This level of service is unacceptable and far from what was advertised.
