Excellent visit to Marseille

We had a wonderful experience on our tour of Marseille and Provence. Our guide, Gilles, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome throughout the day. He did a great job sharing the history, culture, and local character of the area while keeping the tour relaxed and enjoyable.
The day was well organized, and we really appreciated having the opportunity to see and experience so much of this beautiful part of France without ever feeling rushed. Gilles was attentive to our group and made the experience feel personal rather than like a typical tourist excursion.
Thank you, Gilles, for taking such great care of us and for making our time in Marseille and Provence so memorable. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the day, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend this tour to others visiting the area!

The Best Tour On Our Trip
Gilles was a fantastic tour guide for 6 family members. our tour was of Aix en Provence, Cassis, and Notre Dame du Garde in Marseille. we all agreed this was the best tour of our 10 day trip to the Italian, French, and Spanish Riviera! Gilles gave us plenty of time to explore Aix and gave us a detailed history of the area. On the road to Cassis, he took us to a spectacular scenic overlook of the village and the bay. He brought us to an amazing restaurant where we got a taste of the local cuisine. on the way back to our ship, Gilles brought us to Notre Dame du Garde where we had a spectacular view of the city of marseille. he also took us inside the cathedral, where we were able to enjoy its beauty. Overall, Gilles was an excellent tour guide who was patient and understanding of our needs. would most definitely book with him on another tour when we visit Avignon. He was very easy to communicate with also.

Beautiful tour
Our tour guide went above and beyond. I messaged him a day before that my mom’s medication was left in the luggage where it was missing in the airport. He helped us get that medication on the day of our tour. He is very knowledgeabe and helpful to us. I would recommend him 100%. We had a very nice time.

Excellent day
What an incredible day. The sights were absolutely amazing and we could not have had a better guide than Gilles. It was like having an old friend taking us through beautiful Siuthern France. I would definitely recommend to any future cruisers coming to Marseille.

Gilles was an excellent tour guide and extremely friendly. He was extremely knowledgable of the history of Marseille, Aix en Provence and Cassis. He took us through an excellent walking tour of Aix en Provence. He recommended some outstanding vantage points for us to take photos overlooking Cassis. Definitely a worthwhile excursion!

Gillis tour
Our guide Gillis was waiting off the ship with my name right on time. He was very energetic about his country and explained our itinerary for the day. We toured Provence and Cassis. He arranged a spot for our lunch as we walked around. We had a nice lunch on the beach. We continued to hit all the spots on our itinerary and many great stops for senic views and pictures. We had a great day in France.

Great guide!! Highly recommend!!
Gille was so accommodating after our cruise! He picked us up from the port and took us to the most fun and beautiful places of Marseille, Aix en Provence, and Cassis and then dropped us off at the airport. Was even able to store our luggage in our van throughout the tour. He was also very friendly and great with our kids. Highly recommend!
