Private Luxury Giants Causeway Trip from Belfast

Communication Terrible. Didn't know until after 9pm the night before what time we were to be picked up the next morning. Driver offered to show us additional places, but never explained how long it would take, how much it would cost, or even that there would be an extra fee. Got an invoice a few hours after we returned to the hotel for an additional $250£. Not the way I expect a Viator vendor to treat customers. Paid it because I'm not one to owe anybody anything, but regret doing so.

We are a small group of two but had the absolute best day ever in Belfast/Northern Ireland. Mick was amazing. Prompt on arrival, had waters in the car for us. He first took us to Belfast Castle then on to the Giants Causeway with other stops along the beautiful coastline along the way. Our driver made reservations for us to see Bushmills and made sure we not only had great photo stops but made sure to get us settled for a lovely lunch and took extra time with us showing us additional stops. We can not recommend Mcillroy chauffeur services enough. So worth it. Mick was fantastic so ask for him

We couldn't have asked for a better day with our guide, Frank! He took us to so many incredible places, including the Rope Bridge, Belfast Castle, and the Giant's Causeway. His knowledge of the area's history was outstanding, and he even added a few extra stops that he thought we'd enjoy, making the experience feel truly personalized. We stopped at a local pub for a Guinness, and throughout the day Frank made sure we were comfortable by providing plenty of snacks and drinks in the car between adventures. If you're deciding between a private tour and a cruise ship excursion, choose the private tour. It offered far more value for the money, a flexible itinerary tailored to our interests, and a much more personal experience. We had an unforgettable day and highly recommend Frank!

As a family, we had an absolutely fantastic tour of the Giant’s Causeway with Michael. From the very start, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly engaging. We could not have asked for a better experience and day! The transportation from our hotel in Dublin and back to exploring Northern Ireland was just what we wanted. The conversation on the drive too and from Dublin made the drive go by so quickly. Peter was a joy! Michael's expertise allowed us to be able to explore the Dark Hedges and Dunluce Castle without the crowds. To walk almost the whole Dark Hedges and only see people at the very end was such a special start to our day! Dunluce was amazing and I could have been there all day. The Giants Causeway, Bushmills, Carrick a Rede were spectacular. I was too scared to walk the rope bridge but my husband loved it and the shore cliff views were amazing!! Prepare for a big walk back up once you go down! Bring a coffee like I did from the little cafe before the walk and make it a relaxing walk! The lunch recommendation from Michael hit the spot. We enjoyed every part of our tour and are so happy we chose to add it to our Ireland trip. Michael even took us to tour Belfast, his home town and his church. What a nice private touch...he opened our eyes with his experience and others experiences growing up in Belfast, as did Peter. Thank you both so much for making our trip so memorable. We would recommend their services and tours to all, it does not disappoint!! The special pictures Michael took of us throughout the tour at stops will be treasured!

Michael was an OUTSTANDING guide and human being. He was attentive to all of needs and took the time to get to know us individually. He also gave us options to customize the tour in terms of order to avoid crowds. He was also a very safe driver and showed us everything listed in the tour, plus more!! Our driver Peter was amazing! We asked what we wanted to do and tailored our trip to our interests. We loved it. I would highly recommend. Worth every penny!

We hired McIlroy Chauffer Services for a half day tour of Belfast, an all-day tour of the Antrim Coast (Giants Causeway and more), and an airport ride to Dublin on another day. Our driver was Peter, who took us around in a Mercedes sedan (meticulously taken care of). These day trips were the highlight of our two week vacation in Ireland. The beauty of the north area is incredible and indescribable. Peter was able to get in places unseen by the large tour buses. He timed our visits to beat the crowds and even changed up the iternary based on our family's interests. Making sure our 11 year old had time to visit an amusement area and dad was able to see Royal Portrush. The Belfast tour included highlights of Belfast and included an area tour of the Troubles. It was an eye-opening history tour. His personal touch to this trip was amazing and heartfelt. His thoughtfulness was also very much appreciated (buying snacks for us on the 2nd day). The trips were reasonably priced, and there was no way we could have done and seen the things we did on a larger bus with a large group of people. We felt like royalty.
