Did not show up at airport until I called and ask where they were. I had expected to see my name on a sign. I landed 5.20 and wanted the transfer at 6pm. Finally arrived at 6.40. Got no water bottles. Good driving to my destination.
Small airport. I didn't have to wait long for my luggage. Entry was easy. When flying to Penang, the wait at check-in was short.
