Amazing with Khadija
I came for a hammam and massage, it was Khadija who took care of me, she was super professional, kind, and attentive. She was interrupted by her colleagues
However, I do not understand what a person like Ibtissam is doing in this prestigious place; she was insolent and her way of addressing me was disrespectful and she made inappropriate remarks
Except for this task on the board, it was a wow experience.
Oh yes, I would like to add that the prices should be listed in dirhams; I live in Morocco and all the prices are listed in €.

Not welcoming
I would have to say I didn’t feel welcomed as a foreigner. It wasn’t the language barrier but the body language and not even a smile that upset me the most.
Maybe it’s great for locals but sadly not for guests overseas.
I would pass on this hammam even though it was in a traditional setting…

Dirty, unprofessional staff, and very expensive. This place was very good and has deteriorated over the past two years. To be avoided
This place is no longer well-maintained at all. Infamous toilets, no new towel on the massage bed. They rely on interns. Unacceptable for exorbitant prices in Morocco

The best thing we have done on the trip.
It has been a unique experience; the hammam was incredible and the best massage of my life. Hasna and Hafsa treated us incredibly well. I recommend it one hundred percent.
