The mix of hiking, scrambling, and rappelling makes for a varied morning exploring Moab’s canyon country. Every trip is private and led by Magnum Expeditions owner Dan Lundgren. You’ll have a guide focused entirely on your group, with individual instruction and time to get comfortable with each rappel. It’s a chance to learn something new together, with the rest of the day free to explore more of Moab.

Dan was super knowledgeable about everything on the trail and explained the science behind everything super well! He also was extremely safe and made sure to explain the canyoneering steps super well 100/10 recommend and will definitely book another tour with him next time I’m back in Moab!

Absolutely amazing. Dan is a very pleasant chap, very knowledgable and incredibly technically competent. I’m terrified of heights but he instantly put me at ease and got me down each rappel without difficulty. I survived, which is good. Would definitely recommend him.
