Hakone Shrine
Hakone Shrine (箱根神社, Hakone Jinja) stands at the foot of Mount Hakone along the shores of Lake Ashinoko. The shrine buildings are hidden in the dense forest, but are well advertised by its huge torii gates, one standing prominently in the lake and two others over the main street of Moto-Hakone.
Heiwa no Torii

Note: The Mount Fuji hiking season runs from July to September. During this period, there is an entrance fee of ¥2,500 JPY per person to access the Mount Fuji 5th Station, along with a mandatory shuttle bus service. If you do not plan to hike, you may skip the 5th Station and instead explore surrounding areas that offer clear, close views of Mount Fuji and other attractions. This is a fully customizable private tour. You may add or skip locations according to your preferences, and only members of your group will participate in the tour.
