Private Full Day Tour on Easter island "The Highlights"

There aren't enough great things to say about our experience with Tokerau and our private tour! Rapa Nui is truly an incredible place, but Toke really made us feel welcome and immersed in the island and its culture. For such a small island, there is so much to learn and see, and literally everything exceeded our already high expectations. His itinerary planning was perfect, and we often arrived at sites before any crowds, and we felt like we were the only ones there. The weather was a bit unpredictable (as expected!) and he made little last minute decisions based on that to make sure we were comfortable and dry! We kept saying we were so lucky, but really, it was Tokerau who made everything feel like a win. I wish we had stayed longer, but when I do go back, Easter Island Heritage is the only company I will use, I just can't recommend them enough!!

Two full days and a sunrise with Tokerau and we would book him again without hesitation. The vehicle is the best on the island — comfortable and spotless, which matters over six hours. He was great at keeping us ahead of the larger tour groups, whilst making sure we were never rushed or missed anything important. He and his fellow guides knowledge of the history and culture of the island was second to none. Travelling with 3 small children and he was infinitely patient- more than willing to listen and answer all their questions. He bought bottled water for them, and gave each of them a Moai memento made from microplastics- highlighting both culture and the environment! Highly recommended, particularly for families.

Absolutely perfect tour! Everything was organized down to the smallest detail. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to everyone’s needs. The whole day was planned incredibly well, allowing us to make the most of every moment without ever feeling rushed. Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended!

With this tour you can see the most beautiful and impressive sites of the island. It is something you can’t miss! Our guide Nuku was great, he gave us so many interesting informations about the story of Rapa Nui and about the construction, the discovery and the fall of the Moais. He became our personal photographer too during the day!

This was one of those experiences that felt truly special, almost like a privilege. Walking among the moai we had seen so many times in photos was incredibly emotional — seeing them in their own landscape is something completely different. The whole day had such a peaceful and magical atmosphere, made even more special by our guide, who was incredibly kind and attentive, always helping us find the best spots for photos and sharing so many fascinating stories along the way. And ending the day by the ocean with a delicious pineapple he had brought for us was the perfect touch! We truly felt we were experiencing Rapa Nui rather than simply visiting it.
