Everything was okay except for the language of the guide, which had been requested in Italian
Everything was wonderful thanks to the colors of the lagoon, the lunch, and the guide who showed us many things, but the requested experience was in Italian; I had found an excursion that cost even less but didn't have an Italian guide, so I preferred to do it with Lagoon service because they were the only ones to specifically ask me on the site which language I preferred and I reported Italian, having paid more I don't expect to find an English or French guide, at this point I believe that the language request is just a bait-and-switch…… and I fell for it!

We would like to clarify the point about the language, as we fully understand your disappointment. The language field you filled in during the online booking process is part of our automated reservation system: it tells us which language our guests are most comfortable with, so that our team and our guides can adapt as much as possible during the day between French and English. At no point in the booking process is it stated that a guide speaking that language will be assigned to your tour, and the experience is not sold as an Italian-speaking tour.
That said, your feedback is useful: we will review the wording of that field so that no guest is left with an expectation we cannot meet.

Best day snorkeling at Bora Bora
We reserved private boat and tour guide Vatea was wonderful, happy, friendly, knowledgeable. It was the best day ever. We snorkeled at three different spots seeing sharks, rays ,fish and octopus . We had private lunch on private island, it was delicious.
We left our mask on the boat and he returned it to the port so we could retrieve it,
the staff was very helpful in helping us coordinate retrieving our mask. 5 star all the way. Vatea was the best driver and guide, he made the trip most memorable.

Nice boat tour, too bad about the bad weather
Beautiful tour, just a pity about the not-so-good weather (mostly overcast and there was even a brief drizzle), otherwise it would have been fantastic.
Since the weather is unpredictable and it often rains even during the "dry" season, consider whether it is really worth spending a large amount with the risk of encountering bad weather.
The tour operator is blameless; they were very good and everything was well organized.

Our best day in Bora Bora!
This was by far the best excursion we experienced during our 9 day trip in French Polynesia. The locations they took us to were incredible and our guides were so much fun. The lunch was excellent too! Highly recommend!

A dream day!
We had a wonderful day! The spots were perfect and our guide Vatea made this day magical with his songs, Polynesian anecdotes, and his kindness to the whole family.
The meal was great quality!

Outstanding tour
We enjoyed this tour very much. The boat Captain picked us up on time in a nice boat.he played music and sang. Took us to three nice spots and seen many different types of marine life. We finished with a lunch on a Motu. The food was great and tables in the water watching the fish and rays as we ate. All the woman walked away with a flower crown.
