Built between 1885 and 1904 in a stunning Neo-Gothic style, it stands proudly along the Danube River with its striking façade, soaring spires, and majestic central dome. Inside, the Parliament houses Hungary’s National Assembly and treasures such as the Holy Crown of St. Stephen. With nearly 700 rooms and over 12 miles of corridors, it is one of the largest parliamentary buildings in the world. Whether viewed from a boat on the Danube or up close from Kossuth Square, the Parliament is an unforgettable highlight of Budapest’s skyline.
