Private Full Day Charter from San Pedro

Our family of four had a great time on a private snorkel tour. Communicating with the team was very easy and they were super responsive and allowed us to customize in terms of duration, meeting time, adding on breakfast, and which snorkel stops we wanted. Due to weather, we had to modify a bit but we did Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley, a place with a zillion turtles, and then an amazing sand bar area. Charlie and Anna were great, Anna kept the food and snacks coming at us, and lunch was DELICIOUS. It was an expensive day out but it was my birthday so we splurged on this.

The private experience I booked with Catamaran Belize was the BEST day I’ve ever had. Linda & David were super easy to work with, answering all my questions and being flexible with my plans! Day of, the captain (Charlie) & our snorkel tour guide (Ray) were absolutely fantastic! They explained everything very simply, ensured we were equipped with safety knowledge, and made our trip so fun. I’ve never met more kind, knowledgeable people. I also got engaged at the end of this trip, during the sunset. Charlie & Ray were in on it all day! They made sure everything was timed out perfectly, and Ray even captured some amazing photos on our camera. They also shared many photos taken with their own phone during the snorkeling experience. I will certainly be booking with Catamaran Belize again when I return to the island! Thank you!

We had an absolutely incredible time on this catamaran tour! From the moment we stepped aboard, Captain Charlie and First Mate Ana made the experience unforgettable. They were attentive, hilarious, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel like we were spending the day with friends. Their energy and hospitality were a huge part of why we had such an amazing experience. After a quick safety briefing at 11:00 a.m., we set off for our first snorkeling stop. We saw countless colorful fish and even giant sea turtles! Next was Shark Ray Alley, where we swam alongside what felt like hundreds of nurse sharks—an experience we’ll never forget. We also visited the turtle sanctuary, and one thing we really appreciated was that we never felt rushed. We had plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the water and take everything in. Ana even got in the water with us at every stop, making sure everyone was safe and comfortable. The catamaran itself was spacious, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. It was just the two of us on this trip, but there was more than enough room for large families or bigger groups, with plenty of seating to spread out and relax. Throughout the day, Charlie and Ana kept the drinks flowing, offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and constantly checking to see if we needed anything. We then enjoyed a smooth, scenic ride to Caye Caulker, where we spotted stingrays and even seahorses! We had about two hours to explore the island before returning to the boat. We upgraded to the premium buffet lunch, and while the buffet itself wasn’t anything extraordinary, the grilled chicken was delicious and the plátanos were fantastic. To end the perfect day, we anchored to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. We enjoyed fresh shrimp ceviche while relaxing on the boat, then took one final swim in the crystal-clear water before heading back. A huge thank you to Captain Charlie and Ana for creating such a fun, relaxing, and memorable experience. Their professionalism, humor, and genuine care made all the difference. 10/10 — no notes! We would absolutely book this tour again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belize.

We had a great day on the water. Snorkeling was amazing and we saw lots of turtles, sharks, and other fish. Lunch was delicious as well.

We spent 2 days on board with Captain Charlie and Anna as our snorkeling guide. We saw some amazing undersea creatures and our 3 children have not stopped talking about it since our return. The food was delicious and they worked with us on make sure they had food choices my picky eaters would enjoy. Anna kept the rum punch flowing and we even did a little fishing. We really had a WICKED time!!!!!!

We were 4 families a total of 17 (8 adults/9 kids ages 6-11). We had a wonderful time doing a full day charter from San Pedro to 2 snorkeling sites and spending a few hours in Caye caulker. Linda was great helping with the booking. The boat was extremely kid friendly and offered plenty of shade and sun areas. We had 3 crew members who were very attentive to our group and helped us with the snorkeling and anything else we needed. We all had a blast and the kids said it was their favorite day on a week vacation in San Pedro. We would definitely use them again.

This was an experience not to be missed! The price could not be beat for the experience provided. The crew on the boat were very knowledgeable, attentive, and a joy be around. The private charter was the way to go! We would hands-down do this time and time again.

The service while booking the tour was very helpful and willing to work with you to make it yours. Then while onboard the boat the service was fantastic with drinks, food and snacks. The snorkeling was super cool and worth a stop. Overall we had lots of fun!

My husband, college age niece, and I had a perfect day on Catamaran Belize. From great communication upon booking, including details of what to pack, options for tour routes, and specifics about lunch and allergies. To a perfect sailing day. Charlie and Claudio were great hosts ensuring our trip was relaxing and safe. They ensure you just relax and enjoy the day, no stress at all! Charlie joined us in the water during snorkeling and pointed out what we were seeing as well as guiding us through safely. We saw turtles, stingrays, and so many beautiful fish. He made sure our masks and flippers fit so we were comfortable during our time in the water. The Belizean buffet onboard was lovely and our drinks were never empty. They also took photos during our sail and quickly got them back to us in 24 hours. The boat is perfect size for 8 or less people, it was more than enough room for our group of 3. They had super comfortable cushions throughout the boat with cup holders which worked out well. Thanks again Catamaran Belize for a perfect day on the water!
