Stress Free Transfer
Due to several flight changes made by the airline, we had to make several amendments to our transfer arrangements including on the day of arrival. Changes were easy to make and communication with both the staff and the drivers was simplified using WhatsApp. We had 10 travelers arriving on 2 different flights. Our drivers were waiting for us upon arrival, the vehicles were clean and comfortable and the transfer pleasant. Highly recommend this service.

F1 impatient driver
Upon arrival at Doha airport on time, we immediately turned on our phone to find numerous texts from our driver asking if we had landed & where about we were at the airport. He wanted us to update him once we got to immigration & how many people were ahead of us; then once we had our luggage. He said he was waiting for us in the arrival hall at the info counter. Plenty of drivers were there but no one with our name on it. We phoned him, no answer. Next thing he appeared. He took one of our cases & charged off with us practically running after him. Only once did he turn back to make sure we were near him. The car ride to out hotel was ridiculous- at times he was 50km over the speed limit. Our transfer wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.
Therefore our return transfer has been booked through a different operator.
Operator response
Dear Valued Guest,
We sincerely apologize for your experience upon arrival in Doha. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.
Airport transfers should be smooth and stress-free, and we acknowledge that aspects of your arrival experience did not meet this expectation.
The driver involved has been addressed, and our procedures have been reinforced to prevent this from happening again.
We would welcome the opportunity to serve you again in the future and provide the calm, reliable experience you should expect from us.
Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Easy Pick Up
A representative contacted us the day before to confirm our pick up and sent details and a photo of where to meet once we passed through immigration. We were told to look for our name on a sign, but instead received a phone call once we arrived at the Information Desk.
