Excellent experience! The guys, both in the office and on the boat, were a 10! They made us feel super comfortable and relaxed! Highly recommended! We also booked the submarine tour for whale watching with them and they usually give a discount for booking more than one activity.

I reserved a Private Diving Experience but ended up doing a snorkeling trip. Due to the poor visibility my reservation was changed to a snorkeling trip. It was only after I inquired further that I found out that my reservation was changed to snorkeling without letting me know, because of ocean conditions. The diving experience was offered but not recommended, so I settled for the snorkeling. It turned out that visibility was only a few feet and I was glad I didn't pay even more to dive. Although there were plenty of sea lions around, poking their heads up now and then, they were barely visible under water. I personally saw only a couple animals (below the surface). For the cost of the trip I expected a better experience. When so much depends on being able to see underwater, conditions like this really take away from the enjoyment of the experience. Maybe the trip should have been cancelled altogether rather than leaving the customers feeling like they missed out on the whole reason for going. All that being said, the staff were really great. Everyone was very helpful, patient and friendly and really tried to make the most of the poor conditions they had to deal with. I'm also very grateful for the pictures they provided afterward.
It greatly exceeded my expectations; I was amazed at the sea lions and the interaction they generated with us. The whole working group took care of us very well and were very clear in their instructions.

I did my first dive experience and the Open Water course with Madryn Diving. I went with a lot of confidence, but at the same time it was the first time I got underwater, so there was always the doubt if I would like it or not (spoiler: I loved it). Lucio was my instructor, a total genius and super professional, he was always available for any doubt. I passed ten, I felt safe at all times. Thank you so much to the whole team, at some point I will surely come back.
