Driver was late, never...
Driver was late, never introduced himself, wasn't aware the reservation was for 8 people. Had problems loading our luggage.

Seamless, Relaxing to/from Airport Transfers
Tour Azur made our arrival and departure from Nice airport seamless and relaxing. Drivers were courteous and professional, getting us to and from with efficiency. Vans were pristine. They were waiting for us at the airport with our name on a sign, and arrived early to pick us up at our hotel for the return trip to airport. When I messaged (on Viator) asking what they thought pickup time should be, they responded quickly.

Driver was on time to...
Driver was on time to pick us up at our hotel. She was very friendly and courteous. Since it was early morning she took us to the airport via the road by the sea for one last beautiful view of the Nice coast.

Seamless and Luxurious Airport Transfer in Nice
Viator provided an exceptional transfer service from our Airbnb to the Nice Airport. The vehicle was luxurious, incredibly spacious, and easily accommodated our very large luggage and carry-ons for a family of four. The driver was punctual, extremely courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the ride.
I especially appreciate this service because, while I typically rent a very small vehicle in France (ideal for navigating and parking in tight spaces), having Viator handle our airport transfers means we don’t have to worry about fitting all of our luggage into a compact rental car. Hôtel Aston La Scala to Nice Airport – Transfer Review
At first, the driver was a bit rude, but he became friendly and helpful by the end of the trip. The car was clean, but it felt a little too warm for my comfort.
Overall, the transfer was fine, but there’s some room for improvement.
