Driver was very courteous and had a nice sense of humor when it was difficult to find the pier for ship and he had to do some searching but found our ship.
Driver was exactly on time, very accommodating for us and polite! He knew exactly the route to go! The vehicle I ordered was a luxury van enough for 15 bags of luggage, he was in Mercedes VAN!
