Important Information Please note: All tours operate on ship time, not local island time, unless otherwise stated. Our staff will be at the port from the time your ship docks and will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point. Isla Tropicale – Carnival Port, Roatán Pick-Up Instructions: To meet our staff, you will walk approximately 2–5 minutes outside the terminal. If preferred, you may also take a taxi for $2 per person to the meeting point outside the port. Our staff will be waiting with a sign that says “2K’s Adventures Tours.” Pick-Up Time: One hour after your ship arrives, or as soon as you are able to disembark and reach the meeting point. Berth 1 – Port of Roatán After leaving the ship, walk through the port past the shops and painted wall. Turn right down the aisle through the kiosk area offering independent tours. Follow the covered walkway and signs for “Port Offices,” “Taxi,” and “Exit.” Continue straight through the pavilion area and exit through Gate 1 — the gate that leads to downtown. Our team will be waiting right outside the gate with a sign that says “2K’s Adventures Tours.” Guests Staying on the Island We offer pick-up and drop-off service for guests staying at hotels, resorts, or Airbnbs. Please provide the name of your accommodation, and your driver will be there to pick you up at your selected time.

We had a wonderful time! We booked a private tour and let our guide know what we were most interested in which was seeing the Mangroves and overall local culture. Our guide was Rex and I wish we could teleport him to all of our island stops! Best guide ever and so down to earth! Trust me…. We’ve had a lot of bad guides.

We had a party of 10 people, ranging in age from 4 to 82, and we were able to customize the tour to fit our needs and interests. Josue was kind, caring, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent! Would recommend to anyone who wants to see the real part of the island and not just the port. The best tour guide ever, he was kind, caring, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure that my family had a great time. I somehow didn’t get his name, but it was the best tour especially for myself who has some mobility issues and just wanted to see the sights without having to walk a lot. We went to a rum factory, a chocolate factory, a zoo, and around the island. It was great.

Tour guide was AMAZING. Accommodating, knowledgeable, and was very kind. Stopped wherever we wanted on the private tour. She has drove us to a a local safe restuarant for fried shrimp and lobster. Best meal of the cruise so far. 10/10 with our guide. PRIVATE AC travel.for our family was nice to come and go as we pleased. Worth every penny.

We met Josue right outside the terminal and we're immediately escorted to the van where the air was already blowing cold. Be confirmed what we wanted to do and we set off. Our first stop was to a local craft market at the top of a hill with a beautiful view of the island. Josue gave us tips on bargaining and we were able to score some great souvenirs. We learned about the island as we traveled to various points of interest on the island and he answered every question we had, including about the cost of living on the island. I'm total we visit the chocolate factory, rum store, West Bay, drove along the shoreline at a resort, and ate a delicious, and a flavorful meal at a local open air restaurant. We initially wanted to spend time at a beach during the tour but leaned that they all came at a cost therefore we returned to the port for some time at the beach. Our group of 6 ranged from teens to a 75 year old, yet we all really enjoyed the tour and were truly taken care of by Josue throughout our time on the island. I would highly recommend this tour, it was well worth the money spent.

Four of us, 2 couples. The guide, her name began with an M, asked what we wanted to do! Since this was a custom tour, I expected her to have a plan based on what I requested when I booked 2 months earlier. We were not interested in seeing sloths and monkeys or going to the beach. That was clearly specified in my original booking. We enjoyed the chocolate experience and rum tasting, as requested. They are across from each other and can be done in less than an hour. After that, her car's AC stopped working. Enjoyed the view spot for pictures. After that, it was a struggle for ME to come up with things to do during our 4 hours. She shared about the culture as we rode. She suggested and we tried a local delicacy from a street vendor. I asked what else was there to see. She took us to the straw markets as I tried to recall what I originally requested. I was originally concerned that my requests would be too much for our 4 hours. After 2 1/2 hours, we were done. Later on, I recalled that I asked them to include going to an area for a nice authentic lunch and shopping. Although, the guide was lovely, we didnt feel we saw much. The tour was underwhelming and we did not receive the expected value for four hours' time or the money based on other reviews I read.

Kerit is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and GOD SENT! He is courteous and accommodating. He knows his way around the island and allowed me and my mom to customize our experience by exploring various areas on the island. We tasted chocolate, went to a souvenir shop, rum factory, the beach, and ate some awesome seafood and oxtails. I plan to come back on my next visit and book with him!
