Fun activity with the whole family
Lydia and Mike were great communicators ensuring we could easily locate the activity.
Lydia was an incredible (and patient!) teacher for us- my husband, me and our three teenagers. We enjoyed learning how to make soup dumplings and pork spring rolls. Both were very tasty, although thanks to our lack of skills- some weren’t as pretty as others.
This was a fun activity to break up sightseeing and get out of the summer heat. Highly recommend!

The BEST COOKING CLASS you will ever take!!!
Chef Mike’s cooking class was the best cooking class we’ve taken. We have done several other cooking classes during our past travels and Chef Mike’s blew us away! Not only was the class very hands-on and engaging but we were also given typed recipes, video-taping of our time in class to help us remember what to do when we get home. His staff also took photos of us cooking. Chef Mike spent time getting to know us, he answered all if our questions and even gave us a video of him preparing a complicated ingredient that he felt we may struggle with when trying to do it ourselves. Highly professional class, great facility, exceptional teacher snd learning. Great value - you can’t go wrong taking a class with Chef Mike! Good was delicious and plentiful!!!

A Must Do Experience in Shanghai!
This was such a highlight of our trip to Shanghai. First, the setting was beautiful, a bright open kitchen with lots of natural light. Our chefs were so kind, funny, and helpful. And it was a huge success! Even our 8 year old was fully engaged and learned how to make xiao long bao. Of course the best part is sitting down to eat everything after! I can't recommend this experience enough!

Corso di cucina dumplings e wontons
The experience was incredible! Chef Linda is super nice, a very good teacher and well English speaker. She taught us how to prepare the 4 happiness dumplings and the big wontons. They tasted wonderful at the end of the experience. There are also several other different options.
We highly recommend it!
Also the place is super nice and they explain well how to reach it.

My own handmade ones are the best.
Cooking class was really fun. The teacher was very kind and immediately corrected my wrong steps and I was really happy to learn how to make Shanghai Xiaolongbao in such a short time. After the lesson, the teacher also sent me a detailed video of how to make the frost, which was a great experience.
