Private Cooking Class in Jodhpur With Pick Up & Drop Off

The cooking class was fun and useful. I learned about Rajasthani spices, cooking techniques and even the Indian way of eating.

It has been a wonderful experience, we have been taught to cook wonderful food. She has been lovely and very attentive throughout the class. I haven't tasted better food in all of India

We were four friends to do the cooking workshop and I have to say that the four of us were delighted. The best food we've ever eaten in India. The woman very very friendly and aware of allergies and things we liked. We would definitely repeat a thousand times!!!

Great host. She was very friendly and patient. She taught me how to make ginger and masala tea, different types of curries and khichri. Ritesh was also brilliant and went out of his way to help me on the day. What a lovely family. I would highly recommend booking this course :)

This was a very nice experience! Dakshika was a very nice host and gave us a lot of options. We were warmly welcomed with making a homemade masala tea with a dakshika touch! We loved going through all the steps of making different dishes. All the dishes were simply phenomenal. She has great energy and is very easy to get along with. We had 5 different dishes because we were 5 people. The dishes varied with different vegetables like Okra, potatoes, lentils, tomatoes etc. Great experience for Indian food and will definitely make the dishes again at home. At the end she offered to do henna which was very nice. She has many years of experience and can do it very professionally.

This was an amazing experience! We were picked up and brought to Ray and Dakshika’s house at 5pm and were returned to our hotel around 9 pm. Dakshika is a great teacher, and we could tell she had as much fun teaching us as we had fun learning from her. The class was split into three different parts: making chai, making the main courses of the meal and making chapati from scratch. We made three main courses: our favorite paneer curry, a delicious rice dish and a lovely potato dish. We were given the freedom to decide the spice level of all the meals, and everything turned out amazing! After we finished cooking, we ate what we made, until we were very full. The portion sizes were very generous! Overall an incredible experience that I greatly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a homely feeling in Jodhpur.

Myself and my friends had a fantastic experience at this cooking class. Dakshikagehlot was so welcoming and took her time explaining every recipe. She made sure everyone got to try making something and we all loved tasting all the dishes at the end! The ginger masala chai was the best we’ve tasted during our travels in India!
