What an amazing day. My family of 4 enjoyed an amazing tour with Claudia. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient and very friendly. The day was hot, but there was no rush to move on quickly. Claudia answered all our questions about Chichen itza and other historical items. This was followed by great dip into the Xenote and wrapped with a tasty lunch buffet. Our driver Aldo was an amazing driver as well. Highly highly recommend to use Kay tours. No regrets!

Claudia was a wonderful guide and Aldo an excellent driver. From the first moment, we could notice Claudia's passion for her work and her great knowledge of Mexican culture. Private tour with Alex and Ramon (both English-speaking) to Chichen Itza, Saamal, and Valladolid is highly recommended. Personal and safe guidance, in-depth knowledge, tour as described, good flexibility of the guides, great atmosphere, away from the crowds, individually tailored. Those who do not book this miss out on something.

I set this up via email with Kay tours. Nice helpful responses from them. I had a private driver who was also my guide, because I just wanted to experience chichin itza history without a big bus, cenote and town the other tours all involve. It is about a 2.5 hour drive, long day even just taking their express tour. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable guide, excellent trip.

Had an amazing time exploring Chichen Itza, Valladolid and swimming in a cenote! Were picked up at 6:30am and dropped off to our hotel by 7:30pm by Adrian and Eric who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day and ensured we had everything we had everything we needed! We arrived at Chichen itza first thing so were able to enjoy it before it was too crowded and hot! Then went onto Valladolid, had a lovely lunch and then were able to swim in a beautiful Cenote which had zip wired and jump spots. We were given the choice of 2 lunch places and 2 cenotes. Overall great and memorable experience and would definitely recommend!

We had the most amazing experience on this trip with our guide Alondra. She was extremely knowledgeable, great fun and kept us entertained with local history and stories throughout our trip. If we could her her fit every trip we most certainly would. I’d certainly recommend asking for her when you book and Kay Tours themselves have of course been fantastic also :) Very happy here.

Booked the Private full day tour of Chichen Itza and Cenotes visit with lunch. Very good interaction with tour operator always keeping us up to date on pick up times etc. our Guide was very punctual arriving at our hotel 20 mins before scheduled departure time. We arrived at Chichen Itza just before opening time and basically had the place to ourselves before the crowds arrive on tour buses. Stopped at two Cenotes for swimming and lunch in Valladolid at an authentic Mexican restaurant. Now I have to make special mention of our guide James. He really made the day special for us, James was so informative and knowledgeable about the Mayan History . He was so accommodating and helpful Throughout the day always making sure of he could anything for us to make our day, nothing was too much trouble. The whole day was fantastic but made even better by James, a real asset to Kay tours, highly recommend and ask for James , you won’t be disappointed.

Private tour with James, awesome guide with lots of information to share, respectful as we slept in the car, and good driver, especially during today rain storm. It was good to see him know alot of people when we walked around. Since Chichen is closed, company reached out days before my date to give me other options, went with Ek Balam tour and it was hot. Got there before 8am and we beat the crowds and left to the Cenotes. It was amazing literally had the whole place to ourselves and the buffet food was soo good! Would recommend this company 👌 ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Private Chichen Itza Classic Expedition - we were able to customize the itinerary and went to two cenotes of our choice. Our tour guide, Yolo, and driver, Jose, were thoughtful and took great care of us! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and having a private guide made the experience so much more personal and enjoyable. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about Mayan history, sharing fascinating details that we would have completely missed on our own. We loved being able to explore at our own pace without feeling rushed. The transportation was comfortable, punctual, and stress-free, and the entire day felt seamless.
