Despite contacting Premil at very short notice, he was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Communication was always quick, clear and professional, and the prices were extremely competitive. He made the whole process of organising the tour, our private driver and a couple of transfers very easy and stress-free. But without a doubt, the best part of our experience was having the opportunity to spend most of our journey with Heshan, our driver. Heshan was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to him, we were able not only to discover this incredible country, but also to learn more about its culture and way of life. We feel incredibly lucky to have met him, and we are taking home not only wonderful memories of Sri Lanka, but also a very dear friend. On the advice of friends, we relied on Premil for all our travel in Sri Lanka and the experience was excellent! Kind, very punctual, and very helpful drivers. The cost of each trip was clearly indicated in the quote requested before our departure and the value for money is excellent. We relied on Premil only for private drivers, but it is also possible to organize other activities with him such as guided tours and safaris. I highly recommend it!

We found Real Lanka Holidays through a TikTok recommendation and honestly could not recommend them enough. My sister and I were travelling around Sri Lanka and knew we wanted private transfers between places, but we didn’t necessarily want one driver staying with us for the whole trip. Real Lanka Holidays was perfect for this. They took us from Colombo to Sigiriya, Kandy, Ella, Arugam Bay, Mirissa and then back to Colombo airport, and everything was so easy from start to finish. The prices were extremely reasonable considering the distances we were travelling, and we never felt like we were being overcharged. What we loved most was the flexibility. We could arrange our pick up times and locations around 24 hours in advance, which meant we could plan our trip as we went rather than having everything fixed from the beginning. This worked perfectly for us and gave us so much more freedom. All of the drivers we had were lovely, helpful and great drivers. The operators were also so kind and responsive whenever we had a question or needed to change something. They genuinely made travelling around Sri Lanka so much easier and took away a lot of the stress of organising transport ourselves. If you’re travelling around Sri Lanka and want the convenience of private transfers without having a driver with you for your entire trip, I would definitely recommend Real Lanka Holidays.

This driving company were absolutely fantastic and made our holiday a breeze! We didn't have a driver the whole time but we requested multiple journeys between places and we were able to make super last minute changes which was so helpful. For example, when we got to Sigiriya we decided we wanted to leave a bit later and Sashi was happy to accommodate this. The cars are super comfortable, air conditioned and all the drivers were really friendly. Can highly recommend booking if you want to add some simplicity and relaxation to your holiday.

After doing lots of research, we chose to go with Real Lanka Holidays to organise our private taxis for all of our trips during our time in Sri Lanka, and we could not have been happier with this decision.
