We used Discover India By Car for our Delhi, Agra and Jaipur road trip in October and they made the whole thing easy. Our driver Prem was punctual every single day and had the car exactly where we needed it, whether that was a hotel entrance, a market lane or the parking area at a fort. His driving was calm and confident on the highway and in heavy Delhi traffic, and my wife and I felt completely safe the whole time. Beyond the driving, Prem was warm, patient with our many stops and schedule changes, and genuinely looked after us. Clean car, clear communication from the company, no surprises. I toured the Golden Triangle for 4 nights and 5 days. The driver, Raj, guided us while strictly adhering to the schedule without speeding. When I arranged the travel myself, it was difficult to go or took a considerable amount of time, but thanks to Raj, I was able to visit in a fun, efficient, and comfortable way. Sugar quickly handled the reservation arrangements and course suggestions again. The reply was fast, there were no oversights, and I could trust it very much. There are several companies that arrange private cars, but this is a recommended company.

We booked a 5-day private car and driver tour (8-12 October) with Discover India by Car, and everything was taken care of from start to finish. The itinerary was well planned: airport pickup at midnight, Jaipur's Amber Fort, City Palace and Jal Mahal, Abhaneri Stepwell and Fatehpur Sikri on the way to Agra, the Taj Mahal at sunrise, Agra Fort, the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah (the "Baby Taj") and Mehtab Bagh, and a relaxed last day in Delhi before the airport drop. The car, a Toyota SUV, was new and spotless every day. Our driver, Mr Singh Satwinder, deserves a very special mention. On a trip like this you spend many hours a day with your driver, so he is crucial to its success, and he contributed enormously to our whole experience. His driving was smooth and calm despite the chaotic Indian traffic, and he was very knowledgeable. He was always available for extras or a stop at a shop. Thanks to him we felt relaxed and at peace the entire time. He also gave us a real insight into Indian culture, family life and traditions, which we will remember long after the sights themselves. Jeet was an exceptional driver. He always showed up on time, communicated clearly, and provided us with every aspect of our requests. The owner of the company, Ankit was outstanding. He was prompt responding, totally flexible when our needs changed, and enable us to have an outstanding experience. Our guides—Irfan in Fatehpur Sikri and BK in Jaipur—were absolute professionals. Traveling with a kid can sometimes be challenging, but both guides were thoughtful and accommodating, skipping unnecessary locations to focus on the absolute highlights of each area. Highly recommend this service to anyone visiting. We are already looking forward to our next journey with them soon.

We had a wonderful driver named Mr. Satwinder. He did a great job navigating ALL the traffic in New Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. The car was super clean, and he was a true professional. We could not have done this without him! We also really appreciated our tour guide at Fatehpur Sikri. Our guide Ifran gave us a very informative tour of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Finally, we enjoyed seeing the Jaipur City Palace and Amber Fort with our tour guide Sunil. Sugar helped us book the driver and tour guides. Thank you for all your help!
