Private tour of Cappadocia
Our day today was fantastic, our guide ILayda and our driver were excellent and we had great experiences starting with the under ground monasteries and chapels and progressing round the other main sites of this area including learning to throw a pot which was fun and unusual and nice not to have the hard sell at the end of that experience.
Lunch was at a Turkish restaurant and was also of equal standard to the rest of our experience with her.
We then progressed to the underground city and did some semi pot holing which was also fun and interesting before returning to our hotel via the castle.
I Layda was a wonderful and informative guide with excellent English skills and a really good sense of humour which we both enjoyed. We travel quite extensively and use guides quite a bit on our travels if we do know the area well and she is definitely one of the better ones we have encountered. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering coming here to visit.
