Description
The service consists of pick-up from any hotel or lodging center in the city of Cancun (metropolitan area, downtown area and hotel zone), and the destination marina must be within these areas. We will take you to the marina of your choice if, for example, you have a contracted tour to arrive on your own by Catamaran, Yacht, Boat, Kayak, Speedboat, Spinnaker, Waverunner, etc. The service you are contracting has a maximum total duration of 8 hours. Example: Your pickup was at 9:20 AM to arrive at the Marina Flamingos at 10 AM. Your return pickup is scheduled for 5:00 PM, with a maximum grace period for boarding of 30 minutes.

Not a Mercedes, there never was a Mercedes
The car eventually picked us up, 20 min after we arrived in the sea of people outside the terminal, after much confusion. The pickup was with a different company than advertised, and it was NOT a Mercedes. We received a note saying that on the way a mechanical breakdown had happened and they were se din a suburban. It was clear there was never a Mercedes- I asked on if the on site greeters for the company and he said they don’t have a Mercedes. We way overpaid because I wanted an easy pickup in a luxury vehicle and it’s not at all what we got. Suburban was still nice, but it was clearly a dishonest switcheroo.

The best service
The best service, our driver Jose was very friendly and the van was very comfortable and clean. We really liked the service and it was much better than paying for a taxi. I recommend them 100 percent if you come to Cancun.

A great welcome to Cancun
I loved the van and the kindness of the driver, that's how they welcomed us in this van.... It was a quick trip and it was worth it. I couldn't resist taking a photo of the van because i love mercedes Benz haha. The reservation team was very quick in attending my last minute booking, and the driver arrived much earlier than expected
