We had such an amazing half day with Captain Ken! We snorkelled with manta rays, sharks, and rays, and Ken even spotted a turtle. We also visited the colourful coral gardens and did a complete circumnavigation of the island. We did the private tour and felt it was great value for money - especially when we saw the crowds on the other boats. 10/10 would recommend

Captain was friendly and knowledgeable. Swam with sharks, rays close up. Snorkeling in the reef garden and hung out at a beach. Good time.

The best money I have ever spent on an excursion! If snorkeling with sharks and rays is on your bucket list, this is the tour to take in Bora Bora. Our captain Ken, was accommodating of all our needs ensuring that we had a fabulous time!

We had an amazing snorkeling experience with "Tupuna" (Alphonso). We asked to see Manta Rays and within 5 minutes at the location he knew, we saw them and they swam around us. He gave us a lot of history about the island, took us to places with very few other people and was extremely animated and entertaining. Definitely worth the cost!

The captain is very good, but the company didn't treat us fairly. A day before the trip they told us that there was an issue and provided us two other alternate dates and times. We came with a cruise ship and stayed in Bora Bora for a day only. I told them neither option could fit our schedule and so I asked for a refund. Other tours provided by the cruise were filling up rapidly. Any normal human would look for a substitute. After I signed up for anther tour with the cruise, the company sent a message around 4:00 PM on the same day, saying that it was OK to start the tour at the same time. I told them I had already signed up for another tour, but they said there would not be any refund, because I didn't "cancel" (In the previous message I did ask for a refund, which implies cancellation). At the end I asked the company to cut the tour short so that we had enough time to join the tour provided by the cruise ship. If the original tour could not be provided and you need to figure out what to do the next day, would you wait until 4 or 5 PM? What if all other options are no longer available? Does the word "refund" entail "cancellation"? If you look for a reliable and fair company, DO NOT go for this one.

However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the sequence of events. The day before your excursion, at 11:00 a.m., we contacted you to let you know that we were experiencing an unexpected technical issue and asked whether it would be possible to reschedule your tour. We offered you several alternative time slots. At 2:18 p.m., you replied that none of those options would fit with your cruise schedule. Just over an hour later, we were able to confirm that the issue had been resolved and that your excursion could go ahead at the original scheduled time. Throughout our exchange, we never confirmed that your tour had been cancelled, nor did we suggest that it would not take place. On the contrary, we resolved the issue and confirmed that your excursion would proceed as originally scheduled. It was not until 8:00 p.m., after our office had closed, that you informed us you had already booked another activity because you felt it was too late. By that time, however, we had already confirmed your tour at least four hours earlier. We completely understand that the situation may have been stressful, especially during a cruise stop where time is limited. However, once we had confirmed that your original tour was going ahead as planned, it would have been helpful to contact us before booking another activity so that we could discuss the situation together. On the morning of your excursion, we spoke again to find the best possible solution. With your agreement, we operated the tour and shortened it so that you would have enough time to join your second excursion. We are pleased that you appreciated the professionalism of our captain, and we are sorry that this unexpected situation affected your overall impression of our company. Our priority is always to find solutions whenever unforeseen circumstances arise while honoring our commitments to all of our guests. We wish you all the best and thank you again for your feedback.

Stephanie Saves the Day! I had booked a pontoon rental a year in advance and nagged my husband to remember to bring his boat license. It was to be our most amazing excursion. When we arrived, Stephanie, one of the office managers, told me very gently that our reservations were for the following day and all the pontoon rentals were booked. Tears ensued and Stephanie made some calls and arranged for us to take the "Champagne boat" guided tour, which did not cost much more than a private rental. It worked out great. Our fabulous Captain Alphonse and shared his love and knowledge of his island, took us to multiple snorkeling spots, and even played the ukulele for us. We saw so much more than if we had taken a boat out ourselves. Shout out to Marina tender Ari, nice to char under the trees while waiting for boat. We are so grateful for the save!

Absolutely exceptional private boat outing with Teiva! Our captain was fabulous: passionate, very knowledgeable, and always looking for the best spots away from the crowd.
