Great experience, Great Guide!
We had a great experience with Island Charter! Our guide was Cody and he was very knowledgeable about Grand Cayman. He picked us up at our designated time and took us across the bay. The sun was still setting so he let us have a quick dip at Starfish Point since we hadn't had the chance to go there on our trip. Once it was dark enough he took us towards the back of Bioluminescence Bay and searched for the darkest spot so we could get the best experience. The moon was half full but we could still see the glowing plankton and the kids loved the experience. Cody gave us plenty of time and really let us enjoy the experience. We would highly recommend booking this private tour!

Must do night activity
We had the best time! Everyone loved it. From the boat ride over to the bay - such a cools experience to ride in the ocean in the dark. To swimming in the bay! The water is so warm and it’s something you won’t experience anywhere else. Austin was our captain and he made the experience even better. Such a chill vibe. Highly recommend. Our kids are ages 21-13.

Super fun, if pricey, private tour
This tour was incredible. Ferric was an amazing guide. He was considerate and a great boat driver with lots of fun information about the area and the bioluminescent plankton. I’d been on two similar tours before and he was way more informative. Also the private boat ride was so fun and a great bonding activity for our family. Good turns and hothouse stars were wonderful!
Only two suggestions—the confirmation could have been more clear about meeting location. There wasn’t a way to contact the tour company with questions. Not their fault, but the mosquitos on this dock were absolutely ferocious and that took away from the start of our tour as we were all attacked while waiting for our boat. Would’ve been good to know that was an issue when we chose that pickup.
Otherwise we had a great time and Ferric even called us a taxi when we arrived back at the dock. Thanks guys!
