The places we visited were informative but we didn’t particularly care for the guide who used inappropriate language especially when there were children present. He over tried to be funny but it wasn’t funny to us. Stick to the facts about the history. We thought it would include the outside information of the Sagrada Familia but it didn’t. I specifically asked if it would include that and was told it would include the outside information of the church and knew it didn’t include the visit inside. That was disappointing. We would never take a tour with this person again. We have done many Viator tours and never experienced anything quite like this.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you encountered during the tour. We regret that the guide’s behavior and language were inappropriate, especially in the presence of children, and we understand how this impacted your overall experience. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the inclusion of information about the exterior of the Sagrada Familia. Accurate communication is very important to us, and we’re sorry that expectations were not met. Please be assured that your feedback will be shared with our team to help improve the quality and professionalism of our tours. We truly value your input and appreciate your continued support.
