For Airport Pickups: Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): After clearing customs, please proceed to Gate 3 on the Arrivals level. Our team will be waiting there holding a sign with your name. Don Mueang Airport (DMK): Domestic Arrivals (Terminal 2): After collecting your luggage, please proceed to Gate 11 in the Arrivals area. International Arrivals (Terminal 1): After collecting your luggage, please proceed to Gate 5 in the Arrivals area. Our team will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. For Hotel Pickups: We offer pickups from any hotel or accommodation within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. If your accommodation is in a restricted area or has specific pickup instructions, kindly inform us in advance.

The instruction on where to meet the representative were spot on, and yes, she had a sign with my name on it. She escorted me to a waiting area while she called the driver. Then she escorted me to meet the driver on the upper level. It was as easy as one, two, three.

Disorganized and slow. Would’ve been better off using Grab. The lady who greeted me seemed more interested in taking my photo to prove that I was met than to get me to my car

To make the pickup easier, we have a dedicated Meet & Greet team waiting at the gate to welcome guests, while the driver is called from the designated parking area and typically arrives within just a few minutes.
