Water Blow is a unique spot located in Nusa Dua where large waves of sea water from the Indian Ocean continually crashes against jagged limestone edges of a cliff. The water blow is the outcome of the narrowing crag below the cliff face that channels a massive surge of water up to 30 meters high from its base following strong currents. This phenomenon results in giant, irregular splashes of wave that can reach several meters high. The area provides a 240-degree lookout of dramatic seascape that is bordered by guardrails.

GWK the cultural park is devoted to the Hindu God Vishnu and Garuda, the mythical bird who became his companion. The giant statue of Lord Vishnu who was riding his mount Garuda, as high as 120 meters is a landmark or mascot of Bali.

The temple (pura in Balinese) is built at the edge (ulu) of a 70 meter high cliff or rock (watu) projecting into the sea. Though a small temple was claimed to have existed earlier, the structure was significantly expanded by a Javanese sage, Empu Kuturan in the 11th Century. Another sage from East Java, Dang Hyang Nirartha is credited for constructing the padmasana shrines and it is said that he attained moksha here, an event called ngeluhur (""to go up"") locally. This has resulted in the temple's epithet Luhur. The temple is inhabited by monkeys. You definitely will enjoy the view from the high cliff.

Plenty of stalls open within the main area sheltered under its large warehouse-like structure. Although it carries ‘traditional’ in its name, the market is clean and modernized. There are around 150 stands neatly lining its white ceramic-tiled lanes. They offer everything from fresh fruits to vegetables and spices. Others sell flowers and young coconut leaves for daily Hindu Balinese offerings. Surrounding this central row of stalls are separate kiosks. Each offers kitchen utensils and household tools, batiks and other traditional textiles. Several warungs (small food stalls) sell nasi campur mixed rice, refreshments and cold drinks. Canggu Beach is North of Seminyak. It's mostly famous as a place for surfing with 2 famous beaches : Echo Beach, world class wave and Batu Bolong also known as Old Man which is the ideal spot for beginners, longboards and funboards.Those 2 beaches are reef breaks.The sand is black on the 2 beaches, but it's also a nice place to rest and watch the surfers. In the past year Batu Bolong has became a super trendy place with many young European hanging out in the evening. The new atmosphere reminds a bit of Ubud, but with the surf as a background.

Hikers will enjoy climbing this volcano, and the rewards of the views into the crater and of the crystal clear waters of Lake Batur. (Note: visibility may be limited during the rainy season, Dec.-March.)
