Private Aruba Snorkeling Excursion with Rum Punch

My wife and our three daughters went out snorkeling along the coastline with Lex and we had the best time. He was so friendly and professional. Our daughters have great memories swimming with the fish and even a sea turtle. Lex is an awesome guide. If you visit Aruba and don’t book this excursion you are missing out big time.

I don’t like the crowded snorkeling tours with loud music and too many people, so I booked a private tour so my wife could snorkel and see whatever she wanted to see. I’m not a snorkeler so I wanted her to get the full 2 hour enjoyment. Our guide (Vincent) was great. We went to the shipwreck Antilla. We went to see turtles. It was very nice. He pickled us up and dropped us back off right on the beach at the hotel where were staying. An excellent way to spend an afternoon.

Check-in was a little rude and less than welcoming, but apologies were eventually offered. When you arrive, tell the host word-for-word which excursion you are arriving for in order to ensure a smooth process. Our captain, Lex, was phenomenal! Our friends recommended him and we are so happy to have cruised with him today. He taught us excellent tips we have never received snorkeling before! He took us to an amazing spot. We saw sea turtles and eels, as well as beautiful fish. We had a lovely time with Lex that couldn't be improved. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Octopus Aruba and Shaka! We actually had to reschedule due to an illness and they were so easy to work with. Shaka was our guide and he was fantastic guide for us, gave us great information about the island and the area. We can't wait to return and rebook with them!

We had a great time on our snorkel trip. Lex and Christopher were wonderful! We went as a group of 8, 4 couples all in our 50’s and good swimmers but some of us were super nervous about snorkeling so far out where the shipwreck was. So glad we overcame our fears and did it, it was so worth it! After the deep part seeing the shipwreck they took us to more shallow water and we saw the neatest fish and turtles. It was amazing experience we will remember forever!

Every part of the boat ride and snorkeling were great. Our captain was amazing!! He was so knowledgeable and had a great personality.

Highly recommend this adventure for families looking for a fun day on the water—you won’t be disappointed! Lex was awesome and a very experienced person that gave great instruction. He also gave us some history when traveling to the different snorkeling spots. 😎😎

We had an absolute blast on our snorkeling adventure! Lex was friendly, fun, and made the whole experience so enjoyable from start to finish. The water was beautiful, the snorkeling was amazing, and we saw so many colorful fish and incredible underwater scenery. 🤿🐠 He took extra care of those of us who couldn’t swim very good! Lex was an amazing guide!!! A seasoned diver and snorkeler!! He was very knowledgeable of island history and great locations for snorkeling and diving on the island. Safety was # 1 priority and he was the best, most pleasant guide you can ask for!! Ask for him by name, “Lex”!!
