Friendly, prompt and responsive driver.
Our driver was exceptional. He was on time, courteous and helpful. At one point I felt he was going to fast and politely asked that he slow down, he did so immediately and graciously. Pointed out interesting things on what could have been just a boring ride to the airport!

It was great!
It was easy. So much easier than having to travel to the train or anything else. Just stepped out of our hotel and the driver was there! Our driver was on time, friendly, and very respectful!

Driver got sick and did...
Driver got sick and we did not receive service. The provider sent a text and said they didn’t have a driver, we should take a taxi and they would refund the full amount. Waiting for the refund of our prepayment.

This company and our driver were great!
Our driver Mr Volkan was in communication with me via Whats App during our flights from Denver to Munich to Bergen yesterday. That was very reassuring! Once we landed he was at the arrivals to greet us. His van was roomy and he is a great driver! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Safe and helpful carrier to assure timely arrival to our destination.

Super service
We booked in advance. Everything worked wonderfully. The driver got in touch via WhatsApp beforehand, asked after landing if we had landed, and was standing at the exit with a name sign and took our suitcases. Thus, excellent service that ended at the hotel entrance door. Anytime again.

Poor transfer service
Booked this transfer and paid in advance. Instructions from Viator indicate company monitors flights and tries to make adjustments if flights are late. Flight from Amsterdam was delayed. Driver texted me while I was in the air (and could not respond) that they were waiting for us and that we would be a no show if we did not arrive by a certain time. We arrived at the airport past this time and driver did not respond to calls. Refund requests refused, so I am out $131. Better off getting a cab which costs around $93. I would recommend avoiding this transfer service.

Unfortunately, the actual delayed flight was different from the one entered in the reservation we believe , so we were unable to adjust the pickup accordingly. We apologise for this .
