Price was ok, but the experience was not great. I had to try to coordinate with 3 different people after landing to figure out who was picking me up and where. And even after that it wasn't clear. Dennis told me Manuel would pick me up, then Manuel told me Jose would be coming. Communication during all of this was intermittent at best. In addition to the driver changing, the car was different (and smaller) than what was originally shown to me (and again, this is after landing). Then, even though I gave updates every step of the way I had to wait in the chaotic airport exit area for 20+ minutes. Finally, when we found the car/driver they just pulled up in the general pick up area (even thought there were drivers with signs standing in another designated zone to find their passengers which is what I was expecting). I probably would have been better off just getting a taxi.
Hello, we are sad to read this review. We tried our best to complete the service as described, however as you could see the day at the airport was chaotic and even though we were communicating you took longer to complete the passport control, so we had to change your driver because of that timing. Both cars were new however we understand they are different brands (models). We will take your review and try to improve our procedures for pick up, usually our drivers are there waiting with the sign, however when the timing changes we are forced to move our cars and drivers accordingly. We traveled with our two children ages 8 and 13. Communication started about an hour or two before landing in Cartagena and they made sure to keep an eye on the flight details and took care to calculate wait time at customs. Provided a picture of the car with plate number. Picked up right outside the exit Driver was very friendly, the car was clean and kept cool.

Our visit to Cartegena was a memorable one which started with the white glove service we received from Dennis who provided excellent transportation services from the airport and throughout our visit! His drivers were on time, friendly, and got us to each destination safely. He also coordinated a few of our excursions. I really appreciated Dennis for how he checked on us on every step of the way from sending reminders of our upcoming excursion, time to be ready and making sure we were ok. We recieved white glove service and I give him the highest recommendation!!

Dennis' airport pickup and return was superb. His communication with us started before we arrived in Cartegena to making sure we arrived at our hotel Destination. He was awesome when looking out for our safety in providing license plate numbers, pics of vehicles for our rides and our driver when coordinating our exscursions and events as well as taxi rides. Dennis was very helpful in making sure we were picked up and dropped off in a timely manner at the airport. He constantly checked in to make sure we were picked up and dropped off.
