Excellent tour, beautiful locations, everything is on time and sufficient. This is my third time in Sevan and I still learned a lot of new and interesting things from our guide Samvel. The bus was comfortable, clean, with air conditioning and wifi, Karen is an excellent and careful driver. The fish at the tasting was also very tasty 🙏 Regarding wishes and suggestions specifically on organizational matters from Hyur company, I would note that it would certainly be more convenient to have a headset so that everyone can hear the guide. And also, so that the ticket has a note about what to bring on the excursion, for example, I didn't think before the excursion that I could swim in Sevan, so I would have brought a swimsuit, so I think a mini memo would not be unnecessary 🥺🌚

We had a wonderful experience with Gaya, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the tour. Our driver, Sashi, was also excellent—punctual, friendly, and a very safe driver. Both made our trip enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We went on an excursion to Lake Sevan and Tsakhkadzor, our guide was the beautiful girl Arpi and the driver Moor. The trip was comfortable and fast, the tour was insanely informative and interesting. In two languages, so it's good for everyone! Highly recommended.
