I rate the tour itself as a 5. Leonard was outstanding, and we came away with a deeper understanding of the history and geography of South Africa. However, our experience with the company was very mixed, so our overall rating is lower. Although we had booked the tour two months in advance and received the confirmation from tripadvisor, the tour company never picked us up and seemed not to realize we were supposed to be in on the 8:30 tour. We called them after waiting for 1/2 hour and they seemed totally surprised, and said they would try to find someone to get us. When they told us they couldn't find anyone and offered a refund, we asked about going in the afternoon instead. At that point they were very accommodating, and arranged for a guide at noon. We ended up with a private tour which was excellent. Our advlce: if you use the company CALL THEM DIRECTLY the day before to confirm.
Truly welcome your honest review. It is transparent and rebuilding. As a results I took some hours investigating the cause. We now watching over our newly appointed reservation personnel to avoid this or similar occurrence. This should never happen again. Thank you.
That's bad. Not only did they not pick me up from my hotel but they also did not bother to reply to my messages. Unprofessional and unfair conduct
We understand the means of being disappointed and taken appropriate measures to avoid this negative conduct in our reservation. I personally monitoring our staff to return back to company basics.
We enjoyed our tour of Pretoria with Khongi and Bongani. They were both very knowledgeable about Pretoria and answered all of the questions we had. This was a great way to see the various sites in a half day. We would recommend this tour with them, they made a great team!

I wanted to see Pretoria to learn about its history and its contemporary status. My guide was Norman. He arrived at the designated pick-up time at my hotel. Norman was friendly but courteous, and he knew the city's history and its culture. I learnt a lot about the city and about South African culture.

This was a fantastic tour !! We don't have much time here and Samora was a great guide, answering all our questions and keeping us on schedule lol . He certainly was patient with all the pictures we wanted to take. He made sure to mention everytime he felt like something would be a good picture, which was pretty much everything ! This is a gorgeous country and I'm glad that we had a guide that was very knowledgeable about the landscape and history of this beautiful land.

The guide was very friendly and arrived on time. Culturally speaking, you learn a lot about how today’s South Africa began to form from the point of view of the settlers. The most beautiful thing is the end of the tour with the visit to de Union Building and Mandela statue.
