Premium Pizza Making Class at a Pizzeria in Como

We took the course with Frank. Franks has a lot of passion and knowledge of his field, which made this course truly fantastic. We made the dough ourselves, stretched the pizzas and topped them. Despite having baked pizzas at home more often, I have learned a lot. Frank had an answer to all my questions! We learned a lot, ate and drank well. I recommend this course to everyone.

Shared this experience with our kids (14 & 18) but such was the experience of Franc and Paulo, this really is suitable for all ages. On arrival we were greeted by Franc and Paulo work together brilliantly. We knew immediately that this was going to be a great experience and we were provided drinks whilst things were setup. Onto to pizza and we were taken through the steps of creating dough from scratch before making our own pizzas for lunch. Throughout the experience Franc and Paulo were the most wonderful hosts showing both patience and good humour (and keeping the drinks topped) up. There were 11 people participating in our class from England, Canada, Switzerland and USA, we can honestly say that everyone was buzzing and had a great time.

I booked this experience with my wife, its not something I would have went for, however, having done this now I highly recommend this. Francesco was very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about this lesson. He explained each step and why he does that way, him and his team also took photos throughout which they sent across via WhatsApp afterwards. They also have sent across the recipes so we can re-create this at home. Francesco and his assistant were also very generous with their time afterwards, sitting down and talking with us, making us feel relaxed and not just rushed out the door at the end of the lesson. Keep up the great work, we have already suggested to our friends who are coming out next month to book with you.

This was a lovely pizza making experience in a perfect setting. The instructors, Francesco and Samuele, were so kind and very engaging. It's clear they have a passion for pizza and for bringing people together for an incredible experience. Not only was the pizza incredible but they even went above and beyond to make the experience special for my daughter, as our visit was to celebrate her 10th birthday. Highly recommend.

Did this as a large family from age 22-88, we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a lot of fun, ate lots of food and had plenty to drink, all included in the price. The chef & assistant were patient and helped us to create amazing pizzas. Would recommend this to anyone.

Booked this excursion as something different to do whilst in Como....so glad we did, staff were really friendly, setting (a pizza rrstaurant) was clean and inviting, and whole event was well worth it....I would absolutely recommend.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind and funny and created a wonderful afternoon. Instructions were clear and the pizza we made was excellent. Hosts answered all questions and had lots of information about pizza and bread making. They shared the recipe after the class, along with lots of photos they took during the activity. Definitely recommend!

What a fantastic experience! From making the dough from scratch to creating and baking our own pizzas, every part of the class was fun, engaging, and hands-on. Francesco, Paul, (could not remember the 3rd instructor name) were true experts who shared their knowledge in an easy, entertaining way and kept the energy high the entire time. They turned the class into a party making everyone feel welcome and involved. We met great fans of pizza from all over the world and laughed, learned, and enjoyed some of the best pizza we've ever had because we made it ourselves! This was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious experience.

This class was a highlight of our family trip to Italy and Como, Francesco and his team were welcoming and informative and they made it fun. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and quickly got to work learning the fundamentals. The drinks were flowing, conversation was easy and I loved the restaurant location as it felt like we were truly immersed in Italian pizza making (on weekends he hosts the class at a different location but we were there midweek). The toppings were so fun to choose from (everyone was able to customize their pizzas) and we loved seeing our master pieces come out of the 750 degree pizza oven. My teen boys also really enjoyed it and are already asking to make pizza at home. After we made the pizza we all sat family style to enjoy and Francesco and his team joined us for lively conversation (to include the World Cup and other topics) and some limoncello. Francesco also has an interesting story - accountant in Naples turned pizza professor. Francesco if you see this, bravo! Thanks for a great time.

Francesco and Paulo were unbelievable. We did this as a group of 7 (including an 8 year old) and could not have been happier. Hands on learning, authentic styling, had fun, and ate great.... can't ask for more in an experience. Fun for all ages They even even took photos during (when your hands are dirty) and shared after the class.
