Very good experience. It's just a shame that we visited a perfume and papyrus factory that were just tourist traps; these two activities lasted an hour or more, and right after that we did the GEM in Cairo, which ended up being way too rushed. I would have preferred to spend that hour in the museum rather than on such trivial things because, unfortunately, after having spent several days in Hurghada, it was all old news. Don't get scammed! However, the guide was 10/10, very kind; he showed us the pyramids, and we even had a coffee on the rooftop at our own expense facing the sphinx. It is still a very intense day; departure at 12:45 AM from the hotel, arrival at 1:45 AM at a gas station, and we wait an hour on-site before the police let us through (about fifty buses), and that's when the driver tells us to pay a government tax of 20€ per person. I just had to look it up to realize that it's 15€ and not 20€... in short, they scrape money everywhere, it's borderline unpleasant (Nile tour 15€, camel or horse ride to get to the pyramids goes from 20 to 18 to 8€...) we are pushed to buy things, to give tips, we feel uncomfortable! Despite everything, I loved the experience. Pyramids quick, sphinx 10 min, museum 1h30, and that's pushing it! No time to enjoy it; it's basically better to take a private guide than to do it in a group and prioritize these activities over 2/3 days rather than just one single day.

Great experience! Do it with family if you have the opportunity to take the flight from Hurghada to Cairo, do it because the journey by road is exhausting. Trip made with a minivan.

What a great service! Last summer we spent three weeks in Hurghada with our family. Because there were six of us, we booked a private excursion to Cairo via Hurghada Transparent. We were picked up by a neat, comfortable bus and had a quiet, professional driver who spoke good English. The private transfer really made the two days in Cairo a lot more relaxed and fun. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic trip, very well organized. Two drivers who stay with you all day and drive very safely. The Guide Mona in Cairo was very good and explained everything well.
