I find it very unclear where my card was. Looked for at least 15 minutes for that. Your card has a bar code and you need a QR code.
Not through this booking, tickets are not valid.
I had booked the zoo, but then got the days mixed up with another excursion. So I contacted Tripadvisor explaining this and that I have ADHD and Dominik was able to change the dates, so please thank him on my behalf as I was getting stressed over it and he was so pleasant in his messages We didn't actually have audio guide at the zoo, we weren't given earphones, just told to scan our QR code. Wasn't a big issue. Zoo was good, chairlift was excellent 🤗, well worth the couple of pounds each. We would come back as it's so big, we didn't see half of it!
The zoo was amazing! Loved it! However, the staff working that day were not helpful at all. Very disappointed in the customer service. We bought our tickets on Viator before travelling which is a legitimate company but I couldn’t bring up the QR code but could show my bar code, the emails and information that I bought the tickets and paid, etc. and no one would help or honor it. Had to buy tickets again. No one was willing to help or honor what I had already paid for. So though the zoo was amazing, the staff was not!

Could not access the tickets and had to purchase directly at the zoo. Would not recommend. Tickets not accessible through the via tour app.

It is a wonderful place. Animals are amazing and staff are friendly. Wasy to reach even by walking and nice freezing temperature. I loved the Wild African Ass. Amazing animal. Also, Hugo, All are making a wonderfull experiance.
