We saw a lot of pretty and interesting things, learned quite a bit about the city and the wine culture of the city. Got a little bit of history, some exercise and some wonderful wine. Gabriel was an excellent guide!

We saw a lot of pretty and interesting things, learned quite a bit about the city and the wine culture of the city. Got a little bit of history, some exercise and some wonderful wine. Gabriel was an excellent guide!
We had an absolutely wonderful guide. Andrea picked us up at our hotel and we spent the afternoon marveling at a vineyard in the middle of Prague that you just wouldn't fine, supplying sparkling wine as we visited. It concluded with a beautiful winery visit on a hill overlooking Prague with a full comparison wine tasting of several Czech wines. Andrea is a sommelier so it was an educational experience as well as pleasant one. Andrea is a great communicator and knew so much not only about wine but volunteered other things, such as where the farmers market was and the memorial to the patriots who assassinated the butcher of Prague. If you want a pleasant and informative tour, take this one with Andrea. We highly recommend her.
Dear Charlene and Paul, I just saw the wonderful review you left for me on TripAdvisor, and I simply had to write and thank you both! Paul, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and generous review. 😊 Reading your words brought me straight back to our afternoon together, and I’m so happy to know that you enjoyed not only discovering Prague’s vineyards and Czech wines, but also all those little conversations and recommendations along the way. For me, that is exactly what a private tour should be about — not simply following an itinerary, but sharing the places, stories, wines and little details that I personally love about Prague and the Czech Republic. And most importantly, I had such a wonderful time with the two of you as well. You were truly lovely company. Your recommendation means a great deal to me. So, thank you both again — very, very much! ❤️ I hope you’re doing wonderfully, and I’ll raise a glass of Czech wine to you both. Perhaps one day we’ll even get the chance to do it together again! Cheers and Na zdraví! Warmest regards, Andrea
Our guide was very knowledgeable given he’s a wine expert! He patiently answered the questions of two people not as knowledgeable about wines. We had incredible weather which added to the experience. We recommend for those who want to try something a little different while visiting Prague. Be prepared for walking a few hills! 😀
Dear Celeste, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with Gabriel exploring Prague’s hidden vineyards. Gabriel is not only a professional sommelier but also someone who genuinely loves sharing his passion for wine, so I’m delighted to hear that he made the experience enjoyable and approachable, regardless of your level of wine knowledge. And yes — those vineyard hills are definitely part of the experience! 😀 Luckily, the beautiful views and a glass of wine along the way make them a little easier to conquer. Thank you again for choosing our Prague’s Hidden Vineyards tour and for taking the time to share your experience and recommend us to other travellers. It truly means a lot to both of us. Warm wishes from Prague, Andrea & Gabriel
We had a wonderful time with our guide Andrea. She picked us up right outside our hotel and dropped us off at the same location when done. She was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Dear Margaret, Thank you so much for your lovely review! It was such a pleasure spending the time with you, and I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed our little journey through Prague’s hidden vineyards and Czech wines. Please send my warm regards to your husband as well — or should I say Gabriel? 😉 It was a real pleasure meeting you both, and I hope our paths cross again one day! Warmest wishes from Prague, Andrea 🍷
We did this tour in late August 2026 and were lucky enough to have it entirely to ourselves. Andrea tailored the half-day perfectly to what we were looking for and made the whole experience feel relaxed, personal and incredibly interesting. She explained everything brilliantly and took us to some amazing places, including viewpoints we would never have discovered on our own, with some of the best views and wines we had in Prague. The real highlight was the wine. Andrea explained the stories, history and traditions behind each one in so much detail, which made the tasting far more interesting than simply trying a few different wines. She picked us up directly from our hotel, drove us between each location and then dropped us wherever we wanted to finish afterwards, so the whole experience was completely effortless. If you're visiting Prague, I couldn't recommend this tour highly enough. It was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip and an absolute must-do.
Dear Aaron & Ashley, Thank you both so much for this incredibly kind and thoughtful review! 😊 It was such a pleasure to read, and even more of a pleasure to spend that afternoon with you. I’m so glad you enjoyed our little journey through Prague’s vineyards — and especially the Czech wines! It was great fun sharing them with you, along with some of my favourite views and places that you probably wouldn’t come across on a usual visit to Prague. And just for next time — no need to rely on luck to have the tour all to yourselves. 😊 All our tours are completely private, so it will always be just you and whoever you choose to share the experience with. Thank you again for choosing to spend part of your time in Prague with me, and especially for taking the time to share such a wonderful recommendation. I hope you took home some lovely memories of Prague — and perhaps a new appreciation for Czech wine too! 🍷 Warmest wishes to you both from Prague, Andrea Wine Travel in Czech
Fantastic tour! We had a really enjoyable experience with Gabriel who was very knowledgeable about wines and the areas we visited. The wines were really interesting and the park we first visited was somewhere we’d not have likely seen as general tourists. Overall a really good way to spend four hours and enjoy a different experience in Prague. Highly recommended!
Dear Brennan and David, Thank you so much for your lovely review and recommendation! As you know, I already had another tour scheduled for that day which I had accepted earlier, so unfortunately I couldn’t be your guide in person. But I’m so happy to hear that you had such a great experience with Gabriel — and especially that he became your favourite guide! 😊 And despite our separate schedules that day, I’m really glad we somehow managed to casually cross paths not just once, but twice during your tour, so I at least had the chance to say hello to you both in person. What a lovely coincidence! 😊 It’s also wonderful to hear that you enjoyed discovering a part of Prague you probably wouldn’t have come across otherwise. That is exactly what our Hidden Vineyards experience is all about — a slightly different side of Prague. Thank you again, Brennan and David, for joining us and for taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure having you! Warm wishes from Prague, Andrea
What an amazing experience with Andrea! My adult son and I visited Prague in late June and my dear friend Margaret (travel advisor and owner of Signature Sojourns) had found Andrea for us and suggested this “Hidden Vineyards Private Tour”. (She knows how much I love wine and learning about wine). From the very start of the tour, Andrea treated us like we were the only people she had ever taken on this journey. Very personal. Very entertaining. We strolled through a magnificent garden with champagne glasses in hand while she wove a story of the history of the garden, it vineyard and the man who created it. She then took us to the Prague Botanical Gardens for another “hidden” vineyard. This included a wine tasting (with amazing charcuterie accompaniment). It was not just a “tasting” it was a master class from a certified sommelier. We learned so much and really enjoyed it! But here is where she went above and beyond. Our 2 hour tour (which lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes!) was concluded but - - we had been discussing “not to be missed” things around the Prague Castle and she wanted to be sure that we saw an amazing library (and it’s incredible treasures) and the Royal Gardens so instead of just pointing these things out on a map, she drove us up to the Castle, drove all around, giving us directions. And these were not to be missed sights in Prague! She did not have to do this, but she did. If you are anywhere near Prague, please contact Andrea. She does tours in and around Prague and beyond. You will not be disappointed. Worth every penny.
Dear Cynthia, Thank you so much for this wonderful and incredibly detailed review! I truly appreciate the time you took to write it. It was such a pleasure meeting you and Tommy and introducing you both to some of my favourite hidden corners of Prague. I’m so happy you enjoyed not only the vineyards and wines, but also our little extra adventure around Prague Castle afterwards. 😊 And of course, a big thank you to Margaret for connecting us in the first place! I hope you and Tommy took home some wonderful memories of Prague — and Czech wine. 🍷 NA ZDRAVÍ and hopefully see you again one day! Andrea
Great experience! Andrea was very friendly and had great knowledge of Pragues vineyard history as well as the current local wine history. The venues were beautiful! It was a great way to spend the afternoon.
Thank you so much, Johnel and John, for your wonderful review! It was such a pleasure spending some time with you both and sharing the story of Prague's hidden vineyards. I'm so glad you enjoyed discovering not only the fascinating history of winemaking in Prague, but also the beautiful vineyard settings that make this city so unique. I truly enjoyed our time together and hope the memories—and perhaps a few Czech wines—will stay with you long after your trip. I hope our paths cross again one day, whether here in the Czech Republic or somewhere else in the world. Until then, safe travels and cheers! 🍷 Warm regards, Andrea
This was a very different wine experience than other tastings we’ve done. Andrea took us to two smaller vineyards within the city where we walked around and saw the flower gardens, structures as well as the grapes. It was nice not spending an hour on a bus driving into the countryside. The tasting was very educational. We liked all the wines we tasted. She provided a very nice charcuterie plate, more than what we could eat. It was a great day, Andrea was very nice and well informed. We appreciated the hotel pick up. We highly recommend!
Dear Jill, Thank you so much for your lovely review! It was such a pleasure meeting you and Mark and sharing Prague's hidden vineyards with you. I'm happy you enjoyed the experience and the wines, and that you appreciated discovering a different side of Prague without leaving the city. I hope you had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed your day in beautiful Kutná Hora as well! Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. And who knows—maybe we'll see each other again someday! 😊 Warm regards, Andrea
If you only have time for one tour while you are visiting Prague do this one!!! Andrea is an amazing tour guide. Every moment of this trip was amazing. She has the day planned but also flexible to accommodate the pace and desires of the guests. Her knowledge of wine is stellar and you can tell that she loves wine and loves telling guests about her beautiful city. We were amazed at the hidden gems she showed us nestled right here in the city. She also gave us lots of tips for great places to dine and enjoy wine on the remainder of our visit. And, also tips on other places of interest around the city - some we never would have known about had it not been for Andrea. It was a perfect day - our only sadness was when it was over and we had to say goodbye. We departed with memories we will treasure forever and a new friend we will visit every time we are in Prague. Trust me when I say you will be glad to take this tour.
Dear Vanessa, Thank you so much for such a beautiful review. That was truly so kind of you to write. It reminded me once again why I love doing what I do so much. 😊 It was honestly such a pleasure to spend the day with your family, especially during such a special moment of your Prague visit while supporting your daughter during her study exchange at Charles University. I really loved being able to help you discover my beautiful city a little beyond the usual tourist paths, and I’m very happy you experienced the tour exactly the way I hoped you would — relaxed, personal, flexible, and full of hidden discoveries. And yes… the only sad part really was saying goodbye at the end of the day. Although thankfully, maybe it was not really a goodbye after all. 😉 I’m already very much looking forward to seeing all 3 of you again soon for our Kutná Hora wine adventure together! I truly cannot wait to continue where we left off — with more wine, stories, beautiful places, and hopefully many more shared memories. Thank you again for your incredibly kind words, trust, and wonderful company during your time in Prague. See you very soon again! Warm regards, Andrea Wine Travel in Czech
