Prague River Adventure: Guided Canoe Tour
Description
Join us on this river guide tour through our city on canoe while seeing the city from comfort, different perspective! We'll meet up at a popular Yacht club close to the center. Your guide will teach you everything you need to know about how to paddle efficiently and safely on the Vltava river! Our tours begin near Vyšehrad (upper castle), and we then paddle toward the city center, where we enjoy the magnificent panorama of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and much more. Along the way, your guide will point out important points of interest and tell you some fun facts about their history. He will share some tales that will help you to understand this city and its river. Seeing the city from such a unique vantage point, with SUP Prague as your River Ambassadors, will be a highlight of your time in Prague! Otherwise, you have a few beer on us. “Prague without the Vltava River would be like an orchestra without its conductor.”

Super nice canoe on the river of Prague, nice and funny guide who likes a joke. He grew up in it himself so knows fun facts about Prague's history and what it's like
We booked the guided canoe tour for our 60 students as a team-building event for the course trip. The planning of the event was very easy, as Samuel was in contact with us and quickly answered any questions that arose. At the event, the students had the choice between 2-person canoes, 4-person canoes, and stand-up paddles. First, there was a safety briefing. Then, the sovereign forward driving was practiced. Next, Samuel (the tour guide) incorporated some mini-games into the tour: knowledge questions, skill games, and a race to finish. The event was very enjoyable for the students despite the cold weather. Definitely a highlight of our course trip to Prague thanks to the friendly guide, great scenery, and team activities. We were there with a group of senior students and it was a great group experience. Samuel's introduction and warm-up was tailored to the group. Samuel and Michal took each one with them, none stayed behind even if it didn't work out so well at the beginning. Again and again challenges were built in to loosen up and we also overheard a lot of inside knowledge about the city that was packed entertainingly as a quiz. At the end, there was an award ceremony for quizzes and challenges. Completely successful for a group of students. Also the details around it were thoughtful and loving. There was water, fruit and looseners as well as a toilet. We will definitely come back.

Really nice tour! Sam is a great guide! The view on prague from the water is different and very nice.
Sam was an incredible host with some really great knowledge about the city and its history!! This was by far the highlight of our entire trip and would highly recommend!!
It was a really fun way to learn about Prague. Sam is so passionate about what he does and it shows so was amazing to experience. We were only there for one day and did this as a tour and really enjoyed and recommend to anyone who wants to try something a little different and fun! 😁😁
