Disappointing…..
I felt strongly that this was marketed as a group tour. However, when I showed up it was myself and a tour guide that seemed disheveled and had arrived a couple minutes late. I did not feel comfortable drinking alone with the guide for 3+ hours and asked to cancel. They said no and wouldn’t not provide a refund. Viator also refused to refund me after multiple emails. Do not book this tour alone. There are much better options in Prague to go have a few beers by yourself.

Dear Sam, thank you for your feedback. We understand that you were uncomfortable being the only guest on the tour. However, we are confused by the statement that you did not want to spend time drinking with a "random person". On any public group tour, all participants are initially strangers to one another. Had other guests joined, they would have been just as "random" as the guide was to you. The tour is advertised as a public group experience where group sizes may vary. On some dates there are larger groups, on others only a few participants, and occasionally a single guest. Many travelers actually enjoy these smaller groups because they receive more personal attention and can ask more questions during the experience. Gary was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. We visited 3 good breweries and had a pile of delicious food at the end.

Great craft beer tour
Had a great time since we had a great group from all over the world Z was a great guide and did a great job of keeping us on point as we consumed more beer also he had a great knowledge of the regional beer We only went to one actual brewery the other 2 stops were pubs that brewed there own beer in another location which I didn’t see as a negative since we got to try many different local craft beer I still would do it again the beer was great it’s the people that make the tour memorable…. Hopefully in a positive way Cheers

Great tour and experience
My guide Gary was awesome. I was the only one on the tour and had a great time with Gary. Essentially a personalized experience. I would definitely recommend this tour as you are visiting some of the smaller micro-breweries.
