Prague Private Driver To and From the Airport
The driver was very punctual even showing up before I asked. It actually worked out better as the security line was extremely long. I would choose this company again if needed.

T
Great Experience, Highly Recommend.
We had a 3:30am pick up time for a 6am flight, I had not heard anything other than my card was charged, but at exactly 3:30 our driver pulled up loaded our bags and we were off, got to the airport plenty of time to spare he unloaded our bags and was so nice. Great experience, highly recommend
S
Rude and Unprofessional
I generally don't take the time to do reviews, especially negatives one. But this situation was particularly egregious. The lack of professional and respectful customer service was appalling - the female dispatch was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and abusive. I will NEVER use this service in the future or recommend it to others.
Operator response
Dear Simone, We are very sorry to hear about your experience and concerned by the issues you have described. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate any booking in our system under your name or email address, and the review does not include enough details for us to identify the transfer or investigate what may have happened. Our customer service and dispatch team are expected to communicate with customers professionally and respectfully at all times, so we would certainly want to investigate any situation where this standard may not have been met. It is also possible that the transfer was booked with a different provider, as several companies operate airport transfer services in Prague. If your booking was with Prague Airport Transfers, we would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us directly and provide your booking reference, travel date, or other booking details. This will allow us to identify the reservation and properly investigate the matter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Excellent experience
Flawless - the driver arrived early and brought us to Prague airport without issue. Would definitely recommend.
L
Excellent, timely and professional
Used this service to take us from hotel to the airport. As promised, our driver Jan contacted us the night before to confirm the pickup and so we had his contact info. He arrived even earlier than pickup time to make sure there won’t be any unexpected delays. The car was exceptionally clean. Perfect comfort temperature. Helped as with our bags. Ride was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this service
