Great service from our driver Thomas. He communicated via WhatsApp and waited for us to let him know when we were through as there was a queue for passport control. The car was comfortable and Thomas gave us suggestions for places to visit as well as a guide book which included a free walking tour option. Highly recommended.

Driver proactively reached out to us, alerted us of his arrival time, and drove us very safely from airport to our hotel. We did not compare prices to Uber, but as a general rule, searching for where Ubers pick up and drop off at unknown international airports can cause stress and strain in relationships. This was incredibly smooth, and our driver had our name visible on an orange sign in the arrivals lobby. We'll definitely use this service again in Prague.

We booked transfers for both arrival and departure. On both occasions, we had a WhatsApp message in advance from the driver confirming the pick up and details of where to meet. We were offered water and given Prague maps on arrival. Both really friendly drivers - helped with our luggage etc. Would definitely use again.
