Stress Free Airport Pickup
The entire experience was stress free. Recd a call when we landed. Met at Starbucks inside the airport. Paul the driver was fantastic and provided history during the drive

Our driver was not at the...
Our driver was not at the airport when we arrived. After making five calls to the tour operator, our driver arrived over an hour later. The company explained that it was their fault in the booking process. When our driver arrived, instead of taking us out the nearest exit door (as all of the other companies picking up their guests) he took us on a long walk to a parking garage. My friend, who has a bad back, was pushing a cart full of heavy luggage. The driver was also walking a fast pace which made it hard for the three of us to keep up. In the end, Viator did refund half of the trip cost.
