Since 1963, it has welcomed millions of visitors and remains a favorite for both locals and tourists. As a non-profit, 100% of its revenue supports daily operations and the education of its student employees from nearby Brigham Young University-Hawaii. The Islands of Polynesian offers a full day of immersive experiences, including hands-on activities and cultural presentations across six Polynesian Island Villages. Enjoy Huki: A New Canoe Experience! Join us every day at 12:40 pm at Hawaii’s only water performance venue where double-hulled canoes glide gracefully across the water, bringing a talented ensemble of dancers, singers, and islanders right to the edge of the lagoon. Feel the energy as the entire audience becomes part of the fun and festivities. Arrive Early! Gates open at 12:15 pm and show starts at 12:40 pm.

Buba was an amazing tour guide, excellent human being to connect with, then we did the luau and the breath of life show and all was an incredible experience. Much engaging and interesting!
The best experience ever! We had some problems with getting to the island and not knowing if we could keep our reservation. But the customer service is amazing and the kindest I have ever experienced from a large company. They were so accommodating. Made sure we were taken care of and very empathetic to our needs. I just loved working with them. Everyone at the park were so kind and helpful to answer all questions. At the buffet our host was so kind and helpful. We hadn’t been here in a decade but everyone in our party will return! All 9 of us just had the most wonderful time! Even though we all went through a hurricane this event uplifted our spirits tremendously!

An excellent visit to six Polynesian villages. Highly recommended to those who will likely never visit the remote islands of Tahiti, Tonga, Fiji and Samoa, but should well know about them. The center helps to also feel the distinction of each Polynesian culture and does well to instill a sense of awe 🫢 about how ancient Pacific seafarers traveled thousands of miles. The most effort has naturally been put into the Hawaiian 🌺 exhibit. Its highlight is the life-size replica of a canoe presumably used to travel from something like Tahiti to Hawaii. We loved that each village incorporated games (lafo, Hawaiian bowling, spear throwing) and hands-on activities (putting together puzzles of an outrigger, identifying native species, fishing, weaving headbands). Great job! The center was built by the Mormons to offset the costs of tuition for students of Brigham Young University, local campus. The students work there as guides, waitstaff, dancers - everything!

Price is a bit high but it's worth doing once :) Each island has its own entertainment Read the day's program carefully and understand it because there are several shows at the same time and it's not easy to choose well. A promo code would be nice
