With Chef Mimmo you will learn the art of preparing Pizza and typical "Bruschetta" with local products: Pachino cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano and olive oil. With the father Siciliano, a great local pastry Chef, you will create the famous Cannoli, learning the secrets of preparing the perfect wafer and cream that make Cannoli the most famous Sicilian dessert in the world. Furthermore, you will learn how to make "Angel Wings", typical traditional sweets which in Sicilian are called "Chiacchiere", and which are popular sweets of the Carnival period. And then everyone to the table, facing the Mediterranean Sea, to enjoy your creations accompanied by a tasting of Limoncello.

We booked this cooking class as part of our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Everyone was super friendly in our group and Chef Mimmo and his mother were friendly, sweet, and informative. They made the class fun, engaging, and a memorable experience! We were a group of two and there were two other small groups, which made the class feel like the perfect size. Highly recommend this class for couples, small groups, or even a family. Thank you for such a beautiful experience for our time in Taormina!

Our pizza, chiacchiere and cannoli cooking experience with Mimmo and his family was a highlight of our trip to Sicily. Mimmo was warm, knowledgeable and shared plenty of tips and techniques while making the experience fun and interactive. Really enjoyable class I would definitely recommend to anyone, we were picked up in Taormina and taken into Giardini Naxos by transfer. On arrival there was wine and water on the table followed by some bruschetta then it was onto the cannoli and pizza making, my husband managed to mess up his first pizza dough much the the enjoyment of the chefs mum.
Wonderful experience! Our family of 5 which included kids 18,16, and 11. We got to make and cook our own pizza and cannoli. Real chef and family restaurant and it was so informative and fun! We all loved our pizza and we were so full we are having to wait to enjoy our connoli tomorrow!
Great class; quality ingredients. Both the Pizza and Canoli tasted great. Restaurant was in Naxos - nice to see another town.
