Thank you for your review. We have checked the GPS records and our operational information for that evening, and there is no indication that your pick-up was simply “forgotten”. Our transfer operation is monitored precisely to ensure that passengers are collected. Regarding the end of the show, we would also like to clarify that guests are **not simply “kicked out”**. Once the performance finishes, the venue naturally closes, but guests are given time to finish their drinks before leaving. You can also remain outside for a while, where members of the cast are available and the atmosphere continues. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, but describing it as a “waste of money” while suggesting that you were simply abandoned and immediately forced out does not accurately reflect how the service operates. We appreciate that you did not enjoy the food, although tastes are naturally subjective. We hope this clarification helps future guests understand what to expect from the experience. 🏴‍☠️
